    I called the company to have my carpet cleaned and pet stain removed. Agent stated ok and that it would be an extra $15.00, total price $115.00. I used my laser light to show the company that the stains were present and the used some additional chemicals. A day later I called back to have the company come back due to the stains were still present. The owner calls me and states it would be an extra $50.00 and they could not guarantee the stain removal. They should have stated that prior to scheduling this service.
