    **** ******** the owner of this location, has refused to give me a refund. I was a member of the private lounge. Shar terminated my membership 3 months into a 12 month arrangement. Shar realized that he terminated my membership based on the lies of another memeber, shar called an apologized to me and told me that he would hold my money once that's resolved. Shar has gone around and told members that he believes **** *****. So I asked for refund since I dont associate with liars and people who lack integrity and have no honor. Shar knows that I never violated the terms of the contract even told other members and I have signed affidavits. If fact, shar is unable to show in the contract where I violated any terms because its not true. Since I had 9 months left on my contract I should be reimbursed the amount I paid. Essentially I paid 12 months membership ******** up front I used less than 3 months of that membership. I want my prorated amount of ******* mailed to me by feb. 15th. Shar Is a thief and has taken my money knowing En Fuego didn't earn that money.

    ******* ****** was terminated from our private members lounge for serious ethical violations of our code of conduct. His statement to the BBB contains inaccuracies and falsehoods not unlike the reasons his membership was terminated. The members agreement that he signed clearly states that if there is a code of conduct and membership is terminated then there are no refunds. ******* ****** signed this agreement. Lastly I want to state that I never called ******* ****** following his termination to apologize for terminating him. As far as we are concerned he had broken ethical grounds towards another member and continues to spread lies about his part in an incident that has nothing to do with us directly but will not be allowed in our members lounge. I did apologize to ******* for not addressing the issue of him smoking his outside cigars in our lounge when it was a big problem for us. I let it slide out of pity for a man who lost his son to a terrible accident. I should have addressed the issue with him earlier instead of letting it become an issue out of pity. ******* ****** was terminated for code of conduct violation and signed an agreement that clearly states he is not entitled to reimbursement for early termination. We will not be addressing this matter further per the legal agreement ******* signed with us. His malicious intent towards our business will not be tolerated.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1.   No where in the agreement does it say we can't smoke outside cigars and every member in that lounge brings in outside cigars.  

    2.  I have in writing from the other owner of En Fuego ******* Abdoula at ************. I met with him in person with another member in the lounge and he was told exactly what **** ***** said about me is a lie and then He talked to Shar (his words).   They both know that I did nothing wrong and so does every member in that lounge that has seen the business documents and signed contracts.      Shar and Abdoula decided to stay out of it however punished me and not both of us, they did this intentionally.  

    3.  I talked to Shar for over an hour and we have that recorded and here is a green shot of that call

    4.  I again will ask for my refund because I didn't violate any rules and if En Fuego and its owners want to stand by their libel statements they should be down graded with the BBB, Id like the police to be notified as well that this business stole my money.

    ******* ****** is dishonest and delusional. The fact the BBB is entertaining this nonsense and wasting honest business time and resources is why we are NOT members of the BBB. Your consumer just wrote in his response he recorded a phone conversation without our consent, a federal offense which he has also done to other customers of ours.

    We will not be responding to this circus further. And we are not members of the BBB nor will we ever be. You are no longer relevant in 2025. Neither is ******* ******.
