    I used this online retailer to buy a replacement key for my computer. I used their online database where I entered my make and model, which in turn offered a part that I purchased. When finalizing my order, I entered in the comments section the specifics of my laptop including the part number, serial number, and make and model of my laptop. When the part arrived it did not fit. I emailed them for support to which they responded they do not have the part I need and that it is not available. I did everything that a reasonable person would do to ensure this supplier had the information to deliver the correct part to me - please see "Order Confirmation_LaptopKey.pdf". They have not acknowledged my email requesting a full refund. Emails are attached to this complaint.

    Customer ordered key on our website based on the images of what we have available. Images we illustrate clearly show a different part from what customer required hence the incorrect part was ordered. A full refund was issued on Mar 2, 2023.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  I acknowledge receipt of the refund.  It is unfortunate that this seller subjected me to their inflammatory emails and assigned blame to me for receiving the incorrect part.  They are supposed to be the experts.  I hope they will offer kinder and more useful technical support to their customers in the future.
