    My Uncle who is elderly and has significant memory issues was just reently scammed by NYS Solutions LLC for $549.99. The check was cashed on August 1, 2024. He has no understanding or recollection of why he wrote a check to NSY Solutions LLC. I cannot find any evidence that they provided a product or service, software or otherwise. It's unfortunate that this company chose to target some that is very vulnerable and unable to defend or protect themselves. I will first make an attempt to have the company refund the check, and if not also work with the Washington State Attorney General's office to proceed.

    This company is a scam. They claim to add software to capture past hacks and prevent future ones. They will only accept checks as payment, nothing digital not Western Union or other f0rms of digital payments. You will see why below. That should have raised a red flag from the beginning. and they were eager for me to sent the check right awa(Apr 2) which I did.. After two weeks I became suspicious and contacted them to remove the software and issue me a refund ($900). They claimed they did not receive the check which raised even more suspicions. They said they would refund as soon as the received it(i stead of destoying it). I continued to call and they "finally"(on Apr 24) received the check 3 weeks after I mailed it! (a lie) and it would take 24--48 hours to prepare it and would be sent in 3-4 days. That was 2 weeks ago and no check. I then discovered that they cashed my check, and they would "let me know when the refund would be sent"! That was May 2. On May 7, still no refund., i called and they said a check was sent on Mat 6. Today is May 13. NO refund!! . You can see why they only want check payment--so digital payment sources can't be used to cancel payment! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND CORRUPT. i intent to get relief via the Nevada Small Claims Court. I have also contacted the Nevada Dept. of Consumer Affairs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this LLC.
