Want $90 for yearly registration fees for my two daughters since we were wrongfully kicked out. On Sept 21 I received an email about my 3 year old for me to no longer sit in the room with her. I had been allowed to prior but the owner told me not to. I explained that I sit in the room to make my 3 year old comfortable as she would be upset otherwise. For about 3 weeks I stayed out of the classroom and my daughter did good until Tuesday Oct 1 . I brought my daughter to class, she went in and I went to get my phone from the car returned right back and saw my daughter crying in a corner while the class was dancing around playing with ribbons. I pulled her out picked her up to comfort her. I was trying to see why she was left in a corner to cry so I asked the front desk gal/ the new manager and asked her what the studios policy was for that type of situation. The front desk/ manager said she didnt think that was the proper way for the studio to handle that situation. I didnt cuss raise my voice nothing I just asked her and then decided to leave. The next day I am sent a questionnaire about how the dance studio could improve. Since the owner who is an instructor wears very provocative barely anything outfits with her belly exposed **** hanging out of shorts etc I put that they should implement a dress code to keep it more professional. Then the next day Thursday (my daughters next class) I get called into the office. Im handed a paper stating a warning system for misbehavior. It states the warning system for instances of misbehavior including being rude or disrespectful to teachers, studio staff and classmates. My daughter did none of those things she had just cried. Then on October 5 I was sent a email telling me we are no longer allowed at the studio. I emailed back and asked why and have not got a clear answer. My older daughter did nothing wrong at all , my 3 year old cried and I was honest on a survey form they sent parents about attire worn.
