      Hello, our records indicate that Mr. **** ****** was contacted on 12/26/2023 via phone and via certified mail. The complaint was resolved on our part. Mr. ****** has not contacted us with any concerns or questions about the explanation letter sent to him.  Please see letter sent to patient attached. Please contact me with any further questions.

      This complaint was resolved.  I paid them the $20.00 after the manager spent a number of hours searching this matter and sent me the correct bill. They could have done this since the beginning when i asked the to bill me correctly and/or stop harassing me.
