    This is a business that provides a building with supervision for parents who are court ordered to have supervisors when seeing their children. Familys First charges by the hour and has specific days and hours of operation. This business is pretty much the only one of its kind in the ********* area. They are very unprofessional and are very bad at responding to texts and voicemails regarding scheduling. They almost never answer the phone on the first or second call and they fail to give a reasonable amount of time when they schedule specific visits. The owner at one point threatened me with kidnapping when I had to cancel one of my daughters visits with her father due to her being sick. I believe this business is being ran improperly and needs to be investigated for the type of service they provide. Its a very serious situation for many families. They also have terrible reviews on ******.
