    ***************************** is a despicable human being who preys on the elderly, veterans and hard working families. This conman said he is licensed and bonded, presenting a bogus number. He doesn't even have a drivers license to cash a check, His wife/girlfriend ***** plays a role in his scamming schemes, I call her the silent partner. This guy says he can and is a *** ***** law master? Getting his Master's degree in Colorado, bee keeper, agricultral/horticultral stuff, palm tree expert, mechanic, windows, stain glass, paints murals, tint car windows, dog ******/house sitter, rents out free childrens jumpers, sells stolen merchandise, can get you OSHA certified, furniture refinisher, upholster, mover, packer, fountain expert. Yet, this guy can't assemble a cardboard box, what he can do is, bleed you dry of your hard earned cash. He tells you he's going to do the job and youll be happy mam or sir, and asks for a deposit $2200 because he doesn't have everything he needs and then asked us for more money $250, and then more money $365, I'm out of pocket $100m more and he never showed up to do the job nor brought us our materials. He gave us a sad story about a family member dying and another in a wreck dying in the hospital, then he said, my cars broke down, there is always an excuse as to why, but never did he return our money. If he takes your belong(s) you'll never see them again. When we tried to reach out to him, he turns it all around on you and then starts making treats and says he'll come after us. He threthened us, my attorney will be contacting you, I'll see you in court.He knows all about court, when we looked him up, he has a long criminal record.He uses Nextdoor App. People are stating on the app, he's a scammer. He says he's disabled, yet I couldn't see any sign of a disability, (he did have a lot of missing teeth) unless scamming is a disability. This guy should be in jail, what he did to us and others, is criminal.

    Called "******" to inquire as to whether he could accommodate my project. He said he would not have a problem with it. He came to my house in order to evaluate my request and give me an estimate. He arrived at my house 6/15/2023 at the appointed time and listened to what I wanted. I wanted to know if he could provide covers for some outside furniture using some material I had on hand. He said he could but would probably need some more material as there may not have been enough of what I had on hand. It was agreed he would try to match what we had as well as he could. All in all he would be covering 18 various sized items and the cost would be $1250.00. I agreed to pay him a deposit of $600 up front. I did so with a check made out to his employee *****************************. This was done because "******" (********) did not have a drivers license to cash it. The following day he texted me saying, the material was much more than he had anticipated to the tune $213.00 more. It ended up that we would split the difference. He ended up coming to my door for $213.00 more dollars that day. We agreed he would bring what he had done to the house on Sunday, 6/18. On Saturday he texted and asked for another $100 against what I owed him because his "seaming machine just lost a hydrolic line to the press", "not a normal occurrence" we will fix the machine and bring "a good portion of your finished covers...on Monday afternoon" As it turned out I asked if he could come Tuesday since we had physician appointments that day. He agreed. But not before asking for another $50 to pick up at the same time. I did not agree to that.He came and picked up the $100 cash. Left and then on Wednesday he requested another $100 for more thread. I inquired as to why we weren't getting our items back as he had promised them by the day before. Much more including some rather threatening and slanderous texts and accusations. It is 6/28- to date items have note been returned nor texts responded to Since Sunday

    On 9/15/2022 I gave ***************************** of D&R Handyman Service $300.00 to fix my broken storm door, he gave me a receipt that says I paid in full, he text me a couple days later to tell me he had to buy the hardware and needed another $90.00. I gave him. The day he was supposed to do the work he texted me a photo claiming his brother was in the hospital and that he would return my money as soon as he arrived back in ********* from **********, today 9/26/2022 I still haven't received my money.
