    Debra Stefan’s Fitness Retreat Program is unique and impressive. In my view, as a client with current experience and very positive results, I am of the firm position that there is not another fitness program in the country that can match it. Her program has been a lifesaver for me. The regimen of weight training, mat work, exercise and mobility training, nutrition, and personal advice regarding changes in lifestyle comprises a holistic approach for overall wellbeing. I am a 79-year-old widower who had stopped exercising because of life circumstances and, as a result, suffered the predictable results, including loss of energy, strength, stability, flexibility, and joy for life. Already lean, I had lost weight, as well. After beginning Debra’s program in late December 2023, I have achieved truly remarkable improvements in all aspects of my life and competed successfully as a first timer in the bench press and deadlift components at a Senior Games event in late January. Debra’s decades of experience in the fitness industry and the breadth and depth of her knowledge and expertise make her the perfect fitness trainer. She is a champion powerlifting competitor and a caring, hands-on coach whose client-centered, whole-body approach make her truly remarkable.
