    I paid Bullfrog Spas (on ********* in *********) $2,000 on February 8, 2024 and then I gave Bullfrog a cashier's check for $7,400.45 on February 20, 2024, as the purchase price (plus tax) for a spa. The spa was delivered to my house by Stellar Spas on February 24, 2024. It worked well for about two months. Then, in late April, it sort of exploded, water shooting out with crazy force from under the attached cover. The Bullfrog people told me to turn the breaker off. ******* from Bullfrog Spas came out, assessed the problem, and told me he ordered parts for the repair. On May 7, he reported the the replacement parts came in. On May 14, 2024, ******* installed the parts and said the spa was fixed. About two hours after I filled the spa (on May 14), it exploded again, exactly as it did before; the spa literally empties itself when this happens and I have to turn off the breaker for safety reasons. *******************, a Bullfrog ************* Manager, told me he will send me a new spa but that was over a week ago and he seems to be ignoring me now. *************************, the store manager, seems to think he can't do anything about the situation. So I spent about $10,000 on a broken spa that worked for two months and is still in my backyard. I have been reaching out to ************** but he does not reply or get back to me. The spa has warranties that have not been honored. I am very unhappy about this situation, to say the least. At this point, I would like a refund. I don't want to do business with this company again.
