    How it got started was I reached out to Jean P, of late Jul 2024 asking if there was any promos and then found out there is but there was a deadline to get for the 32% bonus to where they could try to combine my 2-3 older accounts to collaborate with them should I not need a check. I scheduled with Mark locally from Jean's emailed stating: "The new annuity will help you combine the accounts you wanted to combine to simplify your portfolio. You are in good hands with our team." After getting with Mark in person on seeing about getting the 32% bonus that he said something opposite from what Jean said to me in the email here. Mark said he wouldn't think he'd be able to collaborate the old accounts, maybe to get it audit. So, I was prepared to bring a check in case some way or another if this couldn't be possible to later sign papers to finalize it. During our visit, he seemed so hurriedly working 2-3 people at the same time that no wonder people can get confused what's going on with our accounts.
    I came back again asking Jean if we could talk so it won't be misinterpreted the wrong waybut then a few days later, she intentionally 'cc' Mark of my remarks by defending him of what I was questioning their position and how they were handling my accounts. He took my remarks offensively where I did online review then he sicced Ruthann *******, Corporate Advisory in NY.
    I don't ever want to see anyone or especially me go through this again if these people can't handle customers civilly and professionally w/o retaliating the way it was I was asking their positions in the way it was handled to me especially when I 'm putting my hard-earned money and they collect some way from me as commission but how they mistreat customers. It was all about their 'money,' not the customers just like some business I know here are like this.
    It seems that some of this went out of context of misunderstanding what was going on then this is how it ended up. I lost trust in this company.
