    As a paying customer, Cash Flow Experts treated me poorly. Initially I was impressed with the different programs they offered & their 21-year business history of helping to start & fund new businesses. On the surface there were no red flags about getting involved with this company because all the things offered appeared to be reasonable. Unfortunately, after my first purchase on August 04th I quickly began to see serious flaws in how they operate such as failure to provide what the promoted program promises & huge gaps in communication. Their owner *** promotes & presents programs that appear to help you start, grow & fund new businesses. What I experienced was no care or concern for me or my company even after spending over $1,000 on several programs in the span of a month & a half - all purchased in good faith. There was so much confusion involved combined with poor communication which led to lots of frustration. There is no step-by-step process given to follow on how to get your program up & functional. After asking to see proof of the things I paid for things they promised to do, I was told that info is proprietary. The final straw for me was when I purchased my 4th program on 9/13/24 called **************************** They took my money but did deliver the product. To this day all I have from this program is a receipt even after sending 3 emails to **************** inquiring - no reply. Also, there are several parts of previous programs I purchased that I still dont have access to or received. With Cash Flow Experts you are told with each program that you are eligible for special low interest loans even if your company hasnt made a sale; this has not been the case for ******* company. Be cautious when purchasing programs from this company, they are big on promotion but extremely light on *************** communicate poorly. I have even reached out to the owner, unfortunately my request has been received by ears that simply choose not to hear me.

    On May 30, 2024 I paid $257.00 for a membership fee to the Cash Flow Expert ************. The membership was suppose to be under a 30 day refund guarantee. After several days I did not receive the material as promised I emailed the first request (6-3-24) for information as to where and why I had not received any information. On this day at 30:01 PDT I received an email that my package had shipped. Several days later II received a package that shipped from N.Y. zip code ***** via the ****. The package was delivered to my mailbox in a rural area. The Package had gotten wet due to rain and the only thing readable was my name and address along with the N.Y zip code. When the package dried I opened it. The contents was not what had been advertised. After some time had passed I reviewed the information and decided that it was a ripoff of plagiarized information. On several times I tried to contact them on the telephone number on the papers in the package to no avail( no answer). On 7-3-24 #I emailed again requesting a refund (well within the 30 day period). They waited until 7-6-24 @***** AM PDT to email me denying that I didn't send back the materials within the 30 day period. This was after I sent them a screen shot of the package showing that I did not have the address. They stalled and tried to run out the **************************************************************************************************************************************************** an address.

    Was told to return product back after calling **** my rep. **** to address on return side. Cash flow experts.biz ***************************************************************************** Which of course there's no one there to sign for this fraud company man ****************All three products I purchased over the years have been not what advertising claimed. I'm blocking any further ads from *************** and companies. Found another address in last ad.*********** Network Cash Flow Experts *************************************************************************************

    Transaction date was December 1, 2022. order number ********* . After receiving the package I didn't get any results that I was supposed to receive and I decided to return the package and request a refund for the $194.18 that I paid for it. Cash Flow acknowledged receipt of the package and said they refunded my money which I never received. I have checked over and over again with my bank and they have consistently informed me no credit has been issued for this from Cash Flow. I have asked Cash Flow to give me the exact information regarding my refund and they never answer the phone or return calls. Prior to this I have sent them several emails requesting my refund and at that time they said a refund was issued which was false information. When *** busy Tome advertises his programs, you never know about the problems or pitfalls you are going to face with all the promises he makes trying to get your money always sounds to good to be true. His so called staff is of little to no help, if you can ever find a way to talk with anyone. In my opinion this is a pretty shoddy operation and *** is definitely untruthful with his money schemes.
