    I hired ******* to install patio cover, pavers, and artificial grass in Feb 2023. I was not happy with some of the cuts in the pavers and requested for him to fix. He came back to "fix" them but I had to run to work before he finished. I ended up paying him because I felt bad but when I came home they actually looked worse than before. He threw sand all over the cuts probably to hide how bad they were and didn't blow away the excess. He also moved some plants and I am having issues with one of my irrigation lines. I have contacted him multiple times to come out to fix it. Apr 25 he said he would be there tomorrow, he didn't show. On Apr 27 he says his brother is coming around 9. His brother didn't show until around 11am but I had to head to work by then. His brother didn't even have a cutter on him so he couldn't even do the job. Since then ******* has stopped responding to me. I have called and texted him multiple times to make this right before going any further. I have contacted the *************** ***************** and he is NOT licensed with them. I cannot file a claim with them but they advised me to file a unlicensed criminal report.
