      Am at the end of my rope and out of patience. This company has had a mattress I ordered from AAFES in early May of 2022. Fragilepak received this merchandise around July5. They have scheduled two separate delivery dates only to cancel both. The latest date of July 29 was cancelled and rescheduled for AUGUST 19 almost three weeks later This is unacceptable business practice. I am concerned about the condition of this merchandise while it has been in the possession of Fragilepak. I will definitely document the condition of the mattress when AND IF delivery is ever made. Businesses SHOULD NOT USE FRAGILEPAK.

      I scheduled my delivery. It was supposed to arrive between 1-5pm. The delivery team never called to give me a heads up that they are on their way and then never showed up. I took a day off of work to make sure I would be here to receive the delivery. I emailed the delivery team and I was on hold for over 1hr and never heard from them. Terrible service. My order was placed through Costco. I'm not sure why such a reputable company would partner with such a terrible delivery team.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. My delivery was over 20 days late and there was no 0 communication on their part. The retailer i used ( **************.com) and I both contacted them on several occasions and the only answers we got were "{we'll look into it and get back to you" I eventually got fed up and emailed the CEO and my order was suddenly ready for delivery. So if anyone else is getting the run around I would contact the CEO directly. Here is his email address ****** @ fragilepak . com

      Like many many others, terrible service from Fragilpak. Ordered bedroom furniture through AAFES on 5 July. Scheduled a delivery for 21 July and was no-showed without any response. Rescheduled for 28 Jy and no-showed again without response. Over the last 2 weeks have tried contacting Fragilpak via email multiple times with no response. When I actually get a call back using their call waiting feature that doesn't drop, I'm told my issue will be elevated to a manager and to expect a call (headed this 4 times). Still waiting on that call back a couple of weeks later. I contacted AAFES today after the second missed delivery and Fragilpak tells them it was delivered. Will be filing a fraud claim with AAFES and credit card company to get to the bottom of this dispute I guess since Fragilpak won't contact back. Best part is when I track my order on their website it shows my shipment was delivered and the handbill has a strait line written in the signature block and the delivery reviews are filled out. Again, I'm one of many saying the same thing on here. Don't use Fragilpak, just read the reviews. AAFES, please relook your contract and stop using this company, would have saved another person 2 wasted vacation days waiting on a shipment at home for no reason.
