    I posted a review on google maps for The Muffler Shop in Henderson, NV. It was a review for 1 star for services I received. The business owner didn't like that and responded with a public comment that has my name and address. I never gave consent for them to publish any of my information. This is a severe infringement on my right to privacy.

    *** ****** originally posted on ****. He not only attacked Crystal by name in the review, he also promoted a mobile mechanic of his choice. After **** made him take down the review, he updated it without the mobile mechanic's details. He also posted the updated version on Google. That is when I responded. *** took this to a public forum first attacking my business and daughter over a phone call for an estimate. I have no problem with a one star review but when someone attacks my business of over 40 years and personally attacks a member of my family with slander and lies on a public forum I will respond in kind.     The owner still does not seem to understand that they did something wrong. This is not how a business should conduct itself in any sense. The owner posting my personal information as retaliation is unacceptable and very unprofessional. There is no excuse for a business to that. If my review was that bad, it would have been removed after the first edit due to guidelines but instead it was not and the owner responded with a retaliatory comment meant to harm me and infringe on my right to privacy. I notice that the owner degrades anyone that posts a low review by abusing the business response feature of **** and Google. Clearly, this was what the owner was doing but this time took it too far. The owner posting my personal information in a public response makes his business look bad and gives my complaint more merit. I am surprised he couldn't see that.
