I have never experienced this level of blatant unprofessionalism in my life. Over the past 6 months, Alliance Virtual Offices has shown a complete lack of accountability, communication, and basic service delivery.
In that time:
• I have never received a single piece of forwarded mail, including critical IRS and tax documents.
• I reached out to multiple support staff — no one responds.
• I was told to submit a “Formal Termination Notice” to cancel — but no such form exists on their website under the directed section.
• All emails regarding cancellation or support have been ignored.
• I was promised cancellation with no further charges after filing a BBB complaint — I accepted, and again, no follow-up and am being charged.
• Office location I was sold did not have staff onsite during normal business hours, which was promised during onboarding.
• I have been billed monthly since November 2024 for services I never received.
This company should not be advertising professional office services when they can’t deliver basic communication, staffing, or mail handling. They’ve wasted my time, cost my startup money, put my business at risk, and failed to deliver the most essential service: receiving and forwarding mail. Absolute fraud built on empty promises.

We began using Alliance on January 25, 2025, for a virtual address and receptionist services. The agreed combined cost for monthly service was $221.12, with a prorated cost of $56.63 for the last few days of January 2025 (debited from company account as agreed). A little over a month later, on February 28, 2025, $402.21, was taken from our account (total $623.33 taken in a month, for a virtual address and answering service). After going back-and-forth via email and telephone with "customer service," it was determined that some receptionist charges were inaccurate and I would get a credit, and the answering service would be canceled (resulting in being assured the invoice due on March 31, 2025, being "only $15 plus taxes"). Although the answering services were canceled, and my no longer wanting or needing anything further from this company, I was informed that our "contract" would be amended to reflect only a virtual location ($89 per month), until the cancelation of the "contract" at the end of 6-months. On March 29, 2025, I received an invoice advising me that $141.30, was automatically taken from the bank account (total thus far charged for 2-months of service $764.63). I am currently seething, and again going through the "customer service" email process. I too saw many negative reviews before moving forward with this company Alliance, but for some inexplicable reason, decided to move forward with them anyway. The decision was to my office's detriment. I urge whomever may read this to strongly consider STAYING AWAY from this company, and utilize an alternative option.Alliance Virtual Offices

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES! I signed up for an address and mail services for my business. I have never received even one piece of mail from them since I signed up on 5/7/2024. I have lost checks tha have had to be reissued and sent to my home address. I have sent myself multiple pieces of mail and received none of them. The company stated they sent a test mail and I have not received. I send hundreds of post cards a month and not one has been returned which we know is impossible when you to postcard mailing. They are not keeping up with the agreement signed, yet they state I am locked in for 6 months. What is the point of havinging this service to just put $70 a month in the garbage?Alliance Virtual Offices

I was a client with this company for years and never had an issue until today. I reinstated my account with them in April, today, I came to the office to pick up my mail and was told that they have been returning my mail for the past month. I spoke with ******* who claimed that she has been trying to contact me to get a Notorized signature but lied because the notary request was sent to me at the end of May, a month after I reinstated my account. So now I have to chase down my mail and find a new office because of their dishonesty and incompetence. I asked what services was provided and she admitted NONE asked for a refund and was told No. Truly frustrating.Alliance Virtual Offices

Do not do business with this company!!! My business used Alliance Virtual Offices for almost 1 year and I purchased the weekly mail forwarding service as an add on. As time went on I realized that I was not receiving mail at all. I didn’t even receive the welcome letter that they send out to insure that the virtual office address is working properly. I even sent test letters that have not been returned to me. That lets me know that my mail is reaching the destination and have somehow disappeared into thin air. If you are a business owner, you know how important our corporate mail is. After countless emails and phone calls I decided to go ahead and request a refund for not fulfilling the job that they were paid to do. Unfortunately I have not been able to get my money back YET. Due to the lack of transparency and incompetence, I have to escalate the situation. I have time and the money but I much rather spend it elsewhere.Alliance Virtual Offices

Signed up for a virtual office business address. I found out that ****** does NOT accept virtual office addresses. Unfortunately, there was no mention of this fact prior to committing to a 6 month term. I wonder why they require a 6 month commitment?! BUYER BEWARE!Alliance Virtual Offices

Avoid avoid avoid. They never answer there phones. I have requested my account to be cancelled twice and yet continue to be billed. Find a virtual office that offers better customer experience and doesn't try to scam you out of your money.Alliance Virtual Offices

Hello,
My name is Kellye *******. I'm a new customer with this company. I was recommended this company by a family member of mine by the name of Jasmine *****. I had her assist me on setting up an account on the platform because she stated great things about the company. I paid $57 for 2 months. They provided me with a business address and then later closed my account and I have never even got to use my account. They sent me emails saying my acct was closed because I owe them money when I never had an account with them. My family member has her own business with them that she stated she owes but that doesn't have anything to do with me. I don't appreciate how the company is treating me and I'm new to the company.
