    On Dec 29th, I came to HENDERSON vision care to have an exam and to purchase new contacts. Once receiving the contacts, I realized I couldnt see out of my right eye because the doctor had lowered the prescription. I then came back to exchange back to the original prescription. ********* told me she would not exchange the contacts because the box had been opened. I explained to her that you have to open a box to wear a contact, which should have been self-explanatory. She then stated that she would only exchange for five out of the six contacts; after I requested to speak to Corporate, she told me she would go ahead and exchange them. I returned on January 12 to pick up the correct prescription for the right eye and was given a trial pair of daily wear instead of the monthly wear I had initially ordered. They clearly say (not for resale daily trial pair on the box.) this company is unethical, and what they did is illegal. Each person who conversed with me during this visit was very rude, except the Doctor, who was exceptional during the exam. I gathered that they dont appreciate customers of color. The community should definitely know this!Resolution I want this employee reprimanded. I want the 6-month pack of monthly wear that I originally paid for with the correct prescription as well as an additional box of 6 months worth of lenses free for the inconvenience of the back-and-forth, being lied to and treated with such horrible customer service.

    Manager ******* handled my escalation with care and detail. She not only educated me on the different types of contacts and the way that manufacturers label but she also made sure that I was in a suitable pair that did not cause irritation. This exchange was handled promptly, and I am very happy that we got this rectified in a timely matter.
