    I, ****** **********, scheduled a medical procedure with *********************************** for stem cell treatment, for a treatment date of November 27, 2024. The medical appointment was reconfirmed by **********************'s office personnel on November 7th and November 14th, and I spoke on the phone directly with **********************'s staff and Dr. *** ********************** on November 7th to discuss the upcoming medical procedure. Based on the agreement for the confirmed appointment with your practices personnel, I purchased nonrefundable airfare from ******, ******** to *********, ****** for the medical procedure, as well as transportation and lodging to obtain the critical medical treatment we had mutually agreed on.On November 15, 2024, I was verbally informed by *********************************** staff that the previously scheduled appointment was cancelled. I subsequently sent their office staff, and Dr. ********************** urgent phone calls voicemails, emails, and TEXT messages on November 21, 2024, expressing my concerns about the appointment cancellation, and being left abandoned from their office for the critical medical procedure I needed. I explained how I had incurred nonrefundable airfare costs. I did not receive a response or follow up to my November 21st email, voice mail, and TEXT messages.On November 26, 2024, I received a communication from *********************************** that the appointment was reconfirmed and now active. I subsequently called **********************'s office, and they reconfirmed my appointment on the phone for November 27, 2024. I received an email on November 27, 2024 (which was sent after 7 PM November 26, 2024), from **********************'s office informing me the appointment that was previously reconfirmed by your office on November 26, is now cancelled. That email included a threat from your office that they would call the police if I were to show up for the appointment on that same day.This entire issue is a direct result of patient abonnement.The amount owed to me is $1,495.80 for airfare.
