    I have been ordering fly predators for years. I noticed in 2022 1/4 didn't hatch. I contacted Spalding labs and got no help. I then ordered in 2023 and noticed 1/2 of the fly predators did not hatch. Again, I spoke to someone from Spalding labs. I was told I probably wasn't dispersing them right. This was far from the truth. Me and my wife decided it was not worth the cost of the fly predators if they didn't work, and Spalding labs would not resolve the issues. We decided to end our relationship with Spalding labs.On 6/18/2024 I received a voice mail from Lanna with Spalding labs reaching out because they noticed I/we haven't ordered yet and wanted to help. She noted that they had staffing issues. They also had customer service issues for sure.I wrote them this morning. As typical, they didn't answer me. It's a shame that they don't care.Reviewing their ******** page reviews, it appears this is a common problem with them. The used to be good, now they are not and won't resolve issues with customers. *******************************************************

    I am unsure why there is any further action being mentioned and why there was a phone call today.  Customer ordered 5/22/24.  The product was out of stock.  She called 6/13/24, we canceled the order and refunded it.  Case closed.  Do we need to do something else?

    We refunded the customer 6/13/24.  Old case for ******************** to be spending their time.  Why spending time on this today when it has been resolved with the customer?

    My email to the customer.  She did not respond to.  She wanted to complain and be heard but did not want help.  I even offered to send her a free bottle after the refund.

    Hello ********, we apologize.  We were not ignoring you.  We had a software change that has caused issues.  We are normally very much on top of things.  I used to have to approve every order that came through.  Now, I don't even see the online orders.  We have the Bye Bye Odor, it is the silly bottles that are out of stock.  We just did not know, or I did not know about your order.  Agents were placing orders for the empty bottles and I had the customer called.  I sincerely apologize.  I have credited your card today for the canceled shipment.  I will be out of town until Tuesday, but if you want the product without the bottle, let me know.  I will just get one out to you.
