    Incredibly EXPENSIVE.....Emergency call 6:00 PM..I am assuming they are a contracting business for Plumbers, they contact the plumber businesses(?) and put the word out(?) in our case it was All Season Plumbers whom we called...and Blue Swan who responed...WE HAD NO IDEA...We were charged $850.00 to replace a 3/4" shut off Ball Valve ($25 at *****), (6) 90 degree elbows ($6 at *****) 2 Hours work......Felt they took advantage of Senior.... Would NOT RECOMMEND

To provide some context: this was an after-hours emergency call when other companies weren't available. Based on your description and photos, we provided an all-inclusive quote of $850 over the phone before scheduling, and we arrived within an hour at the exact price discussed. While we stand by our emergency service pricing structure, your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our value proposition for all customers.     This review is false. This customer was aware of and agreed to pricing by before we scheduled the appointment. It was after hours and we were the only ones who picked up the phone for the customer. Pricing fair considering the after hours rates and the location of the client being outside of the standard city limits. The customer should not be authorized to make a company look like a bad guy after agreeing to a service and price and we provided exactly what we said we would and collected what was agreed upon.
