    I made two orders on 10/19/24. Order #******* Tactical carrier, and #******* 111A+ soft armor panels plus M panels. The items were not on back order on their website as evidenced by each item being listed as ready to ship. I paid extra for priority shipping which lists the arrival date of the product as 1-3 days. As of 10/22/24, the date I’m typing the review, my items have not been shipped. Customer service advised they were but according to USPS a shipping label has been created, but it has not been shipped as of yet. I find it incredibly frustrating to pay for faster shipping, yet the product not shipping or arriving on time. I would not recommend this company due to their slow shipping.

    There is nothing more that we would like to do than help protect your family.  It is why Safe Life Defense was started in the first place!   


    Unfortunately we do not have any control over how credit card processors approve or decline charges. In most cases, it is the card issuer that is blocking the transaction for some reason.  Sometimes its because you are attempting a purchase  in an industry you do not normally order from and in other cases it can be as simple as using the incorrect billing zip code.



    If you contact your credit card company and let them know it was an authorized purchase I am willing to bet it will go through if you try again.
