Dear Mr. ***************** you for your email notification on April 9, 2025 of an inquiry regarding Neothink Society member ******* *****, submitted by his daughter.
Let me say that I am very sorry to hear that Mr. ***** is not well.  I personally took care of this matter and I am looking into who at our 3rd party call center might have handled the initial call in November.  We take our customer support very seriously and rudeness will not be tolerated.
Please find a copy of the credit report for the charges on Mr. ****** account.  I credited him a total of $245 which represents charges from November 2024 through March of 2025 (see below).  Additionally, I canceled Mr.****** subscription and flagged all his accounts in our database as DNP (do not promote) to ensure Mr. ***** does not receive further communication from us.

Asked to be removed from mailing list over 9months ago or longer 3 separate phone calls. Company debited my bank account for a book I did not order for $599 on 9/24/2024. I don't want this book or any emails or letters or any communications from this company. I asked them to cease & desist all communication. I'm not interested in their so-called scam to get rich, powerful or have the most *** you desire. I'm being targeted as an elderly victim (87 year old) & now they debited my account. I want my money back in my account! I want nothing to do with fraudulent company selling scams stories of belonging to a secret society and their pressure to purchase their scam books.

    Dear
    Mr. Nogales,
Thank you for your email notification on October 8,
2024 regarding Neothink® Society member George Coulter.  Mr. Coulter has been a member in good
standing since 2009 and made several purchases over the many years on several
accounts in our database.  Most of his 45
accounts were flagged as Do Not Promote.
However, Mr. Coulter recently received a solicitation from us in early
September 2024 and purchased our online university course (see attached order
form with contains not only his credit card and signature but also his
signature).  We complied with his request
for purchase which it appears he forgot he made.  I understand from his age and his comments that
Mr. Coulter no longer cares to participate in our university course and so we
    have credited his credit card.
Additionally we marked all his remaining accounts as
Do Not Promote and added his name and address with our service bureau to
prevent any further communication from our company.
If you need any further information, please do not
hesitate to contact me directly via email at [email protected].

Because George Coulter's credit card was no longer active, we were unable to issue him a credit which would be the normal procedure with credit card sales.  Therefore we issued a refund check # 60495 in the amount of $599,00 on October 11

I am rejecting this response because I repeatedly asked to be removed from solicitation through mail and emails. I got this order confused with paying an existing personal bill. I want a full refund. The company still wants to continue to solicit and badger elderly after asking to be removed. When is enough enough. At my age I should not even have to keep entertaining that I don't wish to partake in nothing this company has. I considered this as harassment and preying on the elderly. I received no book and do not wish to receive anything from this company. I want my $599 back in my account and cease and desist all communication from this company.

    Sincerely,

    George Coulter

    Dear
    Mr. Nogales,
Thank you for your email notification on October 17,
2024 regarding Neothink® Society member George Coulter who rejected our
previous response. As I stated in my initial response, Mr. Coulter has been a
member in good standing since 2009 and willfully purchased 22 of our
    life-affirming manuscripts.  He was not
pressured, coerced or otherwise forced in any way to make said purchases.  And, in all those years, Mr. Coulter has
never contacted us about not wanting to receive such notices of new products
our Society was offering members.  In
addition, Mr. Coulter never felt the need to ask for a refund on any of his 22
    purchases.
Understanding that in his advanced age Mr. Coulter may
no longer care to participate in membership to our society, we granted him his
requested refund for the last purchase.
We issued Mr. Coulter check number 60495 in the amount of $599.00 on
October 13 (and mailed the same day) after discovering that the credit we
attempted to issue to his credit card was blocked by his bank.
All of Mr. Coulter’s accounts have been flagged as Do
Not Promote and we additionally added his name and address to our computer
service bureau’s suppression file to ensure Mr. Coulter does not hear from us
ever again.  Indeed, we DO NOT want to send
our expense mailing campaigns to anyone who so vehemently rejects our values.
Please note that we have complied with Mr. Coulter’s requests for removal from
our mailing campaigns and his request for a refund for the last purchase he
    made.

hesitate to contact me directly via email at [email protected].

    Dear ******************,
Thank you for your email notification on August ****** regarding ************************* husband, Neothink Society member *****************************.  As you know, the Neothink Society rents consumer mailing lists from some of the largest list brokerage firms in the country under the guidelines stipulated by our industry organization, the ***************************** of which we are long-time members in good standing.  Data analysis on the lists rented indicated that ****************** might benefit from becoming a member of our business and personal growth society.  And so ****************** responded back in May of 2024 in the positive and went on to purchase 4 of our business and self-improvement manuscripts.  Please note that each order form that ****************** responded to plainly states that one can return any product within 90 days of purchase for a no-questions-asked full refund.  In the ensuing months since his initial purchase, we did not hear from Mr. *********** did he return any of our products.
Despite not returning our products to us, which is what we require for a refund, we are sending Mr. ******* a check in the amount of $488.90 (check number *****) for all 4 manuscripts.  We are doing so because we do not want any unhappy customer as our goal has always been 100% satisfaction of ALL our customers.
******************, ******************** is extremely vigilant about any customer-related issues and we take great pride in having one of the best customer service records in our industry.  I direct you to our company page on your BBB.org website where you will see our A rating and 28 positive reviews for our products and services (********************************************************************************************************************************************************************).  We have been a publisher of fine books for over 45 years with no deceptive, underhanded business practices.  To the contrary, as I state above, we carry an A Better Business Bureau rating for superb business practices.  In addition, we run a Senior No Contact suppression file supplied us from the **************************** before we mail any addresses to eliminate seniors who requested of our industry agency to exclude their name from any and all direct-mail marketing campaigns.  If ************ would like, she can add her husbands name and address to this Senior No Contact file.

    Complaint: 22095440

I am rejecting this response because the company is not ethical and did not even comply with not sending further communication to *****************************.

I do not accept the reply from Neothink.

In the first place, I did not ask for a refund. The money isnt actually the point.  Neothink/Secret Society/Inner Circle/League/Integrated Management Associates, etc.  (referred to as Neothink) mails out solicitations with claims and promises they cannot and do not meet.  They hound people, threaten to revoke membership, put pressure on people to respond. The recipients are not supposed to reveal any of the information to anyone else, essentially isolating them from getting advise, etc.

This Neothink outfit appear to prey upon elderly people, shown in many internet stories/postings.

Despite claiming (using my name not *****************************) they would not send any further communication, they did. The first was to send a refun$499 for another product as well as extending the deadline for another $179.95 book from July and August.

This outfit does not do what it says, is predatory and apparently will not stop. They are a scam. They should be stopped.  They very obviously send out mass mailing while claiming these are personal letters and requests.

The ************************** formerly called Data & ********************** was acquired by *** (Association of National Advertisers) in 2018. DMA does not even exist. *** does have an opt out process including for mailings and for caregivers to remove the names of persons in their care. *** does not have a Senior No Contact option. That raises a question of whether Neothink is using up to date information.

I want Neothink to cease correspondence to *****************************, ***************************************** or anyone else at this address.

I want Neothink to subscribe to ethical behavior towards all customers and cease their ludicrous claims, promises and heavy handed marketing.

Im providing a further summary and files which is suspect Ill have to put in dropbox for you to access. File names are underlined below.  The dropbox link is *************************************************************************************************************************************

Since 2022, my husband (known to the Secret Society/Neothink, etc) as ******* (he doesnt go by *******) has been getting flattering letters, heavily personalized, from this Secret Society/Neothink, etc. The letters make ludicrous claims, like psychic power,, enormous financial success, are repetitive, claims that someone recommended him but their name cannot be revealed, expected to buy book after book which is free but they need money for postage and handling, puts impossible, high-pressure deadlines to request and pay for said book claiming they will be removed from the society if they dont pay, repeatedly confuses whether he is a member or not, states he must nominate another member for the society (kind of like a chain letter), appears to target the elderly, provides no contact information other than the book mailing house, introduces mentors who never do any mentoring they just send out more repetitive sales pitches. there is no contact information for these mentors-they names seem fictitious:  ****, ***, ******************************. You  cannot call or get a response from *************************. ************************* appears to be an alias, and is registered as a trademark according to ********** ************************* is identified as **************************. **********************************************************************************************
Searching on Secret Society and scam you can find more examples
    **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
    *******************************************
******************************************* has someone from Better Business Bureau describing the situation essentially as a scam.
    *******************************************************************************************************************************************************************

Ive made PDF files of most of the letters.  Like many elderly people ******* has trouble tracking this material, making sense of it, and judging what is being said.  Some of the letters are not complete and some are I cant tell when they arrived or what they were a part of.

June 15 2024 finally an alleged website where one can attend secret meetings.  Initially this website did not work.   In a later update, these turned out to be old videos, definitely not an actual meeting.
The site has changed since June, claims there are secret meetings but no way to actually be part of an actual meeting.

    June 22 2024

July 13 2024   Neothink sends a letter from an anonymous A High Member of The League The Highly Secretive, Upper Echelon of The NeoThink Society, inviting ******* to become a member of the League.  The anonymous letter writer says they swore an oath to the League to recruit 20 members.   All for another $179.50, that must be paid by July 19, 2024, ******* can be a member of the League.  And once thus opportunity closes, I wont be given this unprecedented opportunity again.

Aug 3 2024 ******* receives another letter a duplicate of the July 13 letter, except now the deadline has changed!

August 17 2024 despite the claim that there would be no further communication, Neothink sent another letter, extending the  (July and August) deadline again and stating I decided that since you are my very best customer, to extend the expiration date.  And futher, I have never extended the expiration date before.  The mailing includes another  ****************** Monthly Private Audio Teachings. You can get a 12-month subscription to ****************** Monthly Private Audio Teachings for only $499, ONLY IF you promise to make a donation to the Neothink Society AFTER you make your first $100,000 using the material in the audios. And of course, the letter also says You must place your order on or before Friday, August 23, 2024. Possibly this is intended to replace the apparently non-existent, free for a year secret meetings?

The books themselves are not factual nor do they have any actual secrets.

    Sincerely,
