  Construction and more took advantage of my situation. We are all seniors at the home. They never showed up when they were scheduled. They understood I was taking care of my mother who is bed bound and I work as a nurse at night. My time is very sensitive. i had explained this to them and they verbalized understanding. They had me sign a contract in which was not explained to me. After multiple request and calls that were never answered or them not showing up. They finally came and what ******** showed me everything they have not fulfilled. They only came out three times to do the work at my resident. I was losing my work at night waiting for them. I had black mold that was confirmed from the testing we did prior with my insurance. Construction and more were very much aware and told me they will make sure they practice safe and no exposure when they take the cabinet out where the mold was at, their employees would be supervised in which was a false statement. They put my family and especially my mother at risk. They never did mold abatement. their employee asked me for ***************** after i asked him to treat the mold. I asked him how about the vent. He took an old paper from my mother's closet to patch the vent. later at the end of that day the owner finally comes in and asked them to wear a mask and placed a fan in the bathroom overnight nothing confined. The bottom carpet in my mother's room was filled with black mold in which they carried it out to my dumpster I rented not theirs. Most of the work they claimed to the insurance and myself was never done. I spoke to my insurance adjuster each step i came encounter with them. This is all documented. My phone log also shows many times I have called them and no response. I finally had to ask them to come and pick up their power wash, sprayer and fan from the garage. The only work they completed was placing tile in my mother's room which I had purchased. Patching 6 -8 holes in the garage and taking out the vanity
