    Avoid this company at all costs. They’re overpriced and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The $150 service fee might seem like it would cover a diagnostic, but they add an extra $175 per hour for labor that never happened. You’re looking at $325 just for them to inspect your RV. After leaving an honest review on ******, the owner retaliated by revoking my military discount and harassing me via text, demanding I remove it. Their unprofessional response to dissatisfied customers says everything you need to know about their ethics and morals.

    So funny seeing this person speak of morals and ethics. This person went online to our website.. Read the disclaimer at the top of the contact page then proceeded to fill out our request form. This person was asked in that form if they read the disclaimer and if they understand how we work. This person clicked YES. Our Tech went out to perform diagnostics on this persons RV, found that it needed a Refrigerator cooling unit and told her it would be about $600 for the Unit. (without looking up the actual cost). This was sent back to the office to write up a quote, We wrote the quote, The Cooling unit came it more than $600. I then added flat rate labor which increased the Estimate total fairly significantly due to the nature of the job.
    I Sent the Quote, Then followed up on the quote. At this point this person decided that they did not want to go forward with the repair, and on that same phone call I stated that we will send the invoice for the initial diag and Trip to her location which is a 45 minute trip all the way up to the farthest northern reaches of Las Vegas. She asked how much it would be, I told her it would just be the 1 hour and service fee. she then tried to argue the amount., and I asked, did you not read the disclaimer above the request form on our website? She then asked for a military discount. I gladly granted the discount and above the standard 10%. This person paid and then we moved on.
    So I thought
    I Then get notified that we got a review. Then another review.. I went and checked and seen that this person Not only wrote us a 1 star review over a complaint that was completely out of our control. (I mean Seriously, We cant work for Free, $600 doesn't even cover the part) So this persons Expectations were completely out of this universe, and completely lacking comprehension on the fact that the price quoted, was obviously for the part only. NOT the WHOLE JOB..
    So this person decides not only to write us a 1 star review, but also brings her friends along to write reviews also. This is why I revoked the Military discount - They wrote a total of 5x 1 star Reviews with the utter intention of harming our reputation. and it did! This is where the demands of removing the reviews come in. Since Google wont respond and remove the reviews written by this persons friends, I demanded that they do it immediately. They still havn't. This person even got every penny back, and Ive refrained from suing her. of which i may re consider, this person went on and left 1 star on every site she could find.
    Now what about morals and ethics? To this person, Morals and Ethics are not understood.

    Firstly, I waited nearly an hour to check the repairman on to the Air Force base.Then we drove to my RV to do the repairs/work. I was satisfied with job, but I was surprised with the charges which I thought were excessive. These days they send the receipt via email (bad business) Upon receiving the receipt I see I was charged $150.00 for "Travel and Administration fees" Then an additional $375.00, for 2.5 hours of work. And addition to that $16.14 for credit card fees.(I would have written a check if forewarned)The sum total was $553.12 for 2.5 hours of work. I phoned the company to ask for a little to come off the bill, but I was ignored, and no return response. The service men and women on the base deserve a little better treatment than this.

    Firstly, Everyone gets the same message after the appointment has been scheduled. This message states :Thank you for booking with us. your appointment is scheduled for ... this time ... on this date...Appointments are subject to change.Please allow a window of 3 +/- hours for you technician to arrive!So we are sorry that you arrived at the appointment before the technician called you to let you know he was in route. We informed you that this would happen. And you agreed.Please check our rates in comparison to others. We not only have the best rates, we also have the best reputation for quality workmanship, honesty, and Integrity. Please also visit our website. We are very transparent about our fees.Please also review the Phone Dialogue, as we record every call and Everything was discussed and agreed to prior to scheduling your repair. There are no hidden fees, and everything was agreed upon before we even put your information in our scheduling software. We use a CRM which streamlines everything and invoices are sent electronically as many business's do these days.If you are happy with the repair and were able to see what it took to do your job then why 1 star? When you agreed to hire us after being fully informed then why the 1 star?Did you try and contact the Company or did you try and contact the technician. We have no record of you reaching out!If you did and if you left a message, your call would have surely been returned. Why did you not wait to speak to one of us before you publicly shamed us?Why did you not try more than one method of contact? We have several!Your review and complaint are based on a false narrative that we do not respect our service men and women, also on points that you either forgot or as an attempt to strong-arm us into a refund and we do not deserve this rating. We treat our servicemen with respect and dignity and praise them for what they have done for this country. We are sorry that you feel this way, We are happy to refresh your memory with the conversation that you and I had as every call is recorded and nothing is left undisclosed.

    I received a rebuttal to my original complaint by Happy **** mobile service. I regretted having to submit a complaint in the first place, however I phoned and emailed the company for an explanation and possibly a partial refund as I felt I was over charged. I waited four days for a response which I received none.The letter I received today almost seems like a form letter making me the bad guy, and furthermore it was not accurate with the timeline. It seems to me this could go on forever with a "I said and he said" It's obvious I'm wasting my time. To end the conversation as a side note, it turns out the installation of the solar panel was NOT a success as I thought initially. I paid for a service that was unsatisfactory. ****** learned.
