      On July 13 2022 our work truck stopped working because of a transmission problem. We took it to Jireh Tire Shop to get it fixed as they said they could do it. We have taken our trucks to that shop before with no prior problems. They were initially going to charge us $3000 to fix the problem. I took them 15 days to finally reach back to us and tell us they have not been able to fix the problem and they needed more time. After a month passed , we were not able to have any communication with the mechanics. No one would answer their phone or text messages. We had to personally go to the shop , to not get any answers on our truck , we saw the truck outside just sitting there with no work done. On August 25 2022 they finally called us to tell us our truck was ready and they'll only charge us $2350 because of the inconvenience which we thought it was very strange from their part. We paid them with a personal check to their business. On August 26 2022 at 7:00pm we picked up the truck from their shop and drove it home. Bet August 27 2023 at 11am the truck did not work anymore. Keep in mind our truck was working perfectly fine , the only problem was the transmission which the shop said they put a brand new one in. We called the shop and the mechanic told us to take it to a different Mechanic shop so they can take a look. The mechanic at the different shop was not there and told us to leave the truck in the back and he will take a look at it later. We hired another mechanic to gives us a 2nd opinion on what was wrong with the truck. He told us that they messed up the motor by installing the transmission wrong. The mechanic of Jireh Tire Shop who we originally had the agreement with called us and told us the motor of our truck was broken. And that they had nothing to do with that. That they are not responsible for anything that happened to it. They just left our truck outside in the street with no desire to fix the problem. It's August 29 2022 and our truck is still not fixed.
