    I signed up for the free download and had to enter my credit card. I never had any intention of signing up because I'm rebuilding my business that shut down during covid and didn't have the money at that time. When I saw the charge on my account, I reached out to them and they seemed willing to give me a full refund. They then proceeded to say that my bank had approved the charge so they can't give me my money back. I explained to them, rather nicely and I have the text messages to prove it, that I didn't have any intention of getting their services. I asked if they can please refund my money and per the text, they again seemed they will be able to help me. On Instagram, they insulted me. Here is the message. "Just an observation from someone who use to get frustrated at myself over similar stuff - if you put as much energy into growing your business as you do trying to get a refund for something you bought but didnt use you would probably make a lot more money."This is just one of their unprofessional messages to me. This is a company with a lot fewer followers than I have on all platforms. I'm a filmmaker that's trying to rebuild a business after covid and take care of my wife and 2 kids. My film just premiered at the Manhattan Film Festival a few weeks ago and I'm working as a film ************ manager for an organization that helps those experiencing homelessness here in *********. My name is ***********************. My point is that I don't need a lecture from an organization that hasn't come close to my production and now they took $297 from me for a product I had no intention of using and they can't even use their own product to help themselves. It's frustrating and I just want a full refund. The last thing I want to do is take them to small claims court but I will if I have to. Especially how they treated me. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. I also have screenshots of their messages to me that I will provide.
