    On April 22, 2024 I joined the Landlord Academy and became a member, expecting a 1 0n 1 mentorship for my real estate business. It started out well. I was able to talk to my coach and received a homework assignment to complete for the next 1 on 1 call. Then I booked a call for May 21, 2024, I received a call saying my coach was expecting a bady and I was informed to book a call in a weeks time. I Booked another call on May 28, 2024 this time no response. So, I waited until I finished a few more modules and Booked a call for June 26 no response. I sent an email pertaining to the issues I was experiencing on June 27, 2024. And have not received a email response pertaining to the issue that I bought to lite. I haven't completed a module since June. Today is September 18, 2024 and they are still withdrawing ****** from my account every month.

    Hello, To who it may concern 

    Im writing about my dissatisfaction of the landlord academy.   And would like a refund of my money. I have tried to give the benefit of doubt. Im am not satisfied with the results of this program and have lost faith in the service you supposedly provide.  I no longer wish to be apart of this community.  I have tried to reach my coach 3 times within the last 40 days to no avail , First I was told on May 21, my coach was expecting a baby. And I should book another call in a weeks time! (life happens and this would be understandable if true) I booked another call May 28 no response. So I waited until I finished a few more modules. I booked a call on June 26, no response. But I have seen  ******* post on ******** a few times within this 40 day timeframe. I dont know what type of scam is being run by this company, but Im  paying my money for a service, Im not receiving. I hope this issue can be resolved. Without further complications.

    Hey ********, I'm so sorry about your experience. I know your assigned coach did recently have a baby. I'm not sure what happened with the follow up appointments. This is not an issue I was made aware of until now, nor have I heard this issue from any other clients. I checked our conversation threads and did not see any correspondance from you, which means we were not able to rectify the issue earlier. But I just reached out via text message to secure a time for your coaching call and I will personally make sure the call gets confirmed with your coach and is a smooth process for you! So sorry for the issue.

    Because I sent a letter to them in July asking, for the issue to be fixed and never received a response! 
     I know longer wish to be apart of there community.  I dont trust them and think theyre Scammers. They have others complaining about the services they are not providing, being posted on their FB page.

    I reviewed your account again and still do not see the outreach you mentioned. Again, I am very sorry for what happened with our coach having a baby causing the missed appointments. I understand you may not feel satisfied with this response, but we are here to deliver the education and coaching we promise.
