I bought a used car from them then took it for an inspection and it has $10,000 of issues $4500 of the issues are safety related with brakes steering and suspension components being worn out and they don’t care when asking about them. they said they did an inspection, but how less than a month could all of these issues all failed at once. I would warn anybody from buying anything from AutoNation as this is their business motto go ahead and get your money then say our inspiration didn’t show any of that when there’s unsafe issues with cars that they sold to you.

Purchased a 2023 (2k miles) used car and only came with 1 key. We negotiated and is in the contract that I will get a 2nd key with the purchases of the car. Due to their 5 day return policy, they said they I'll give me the 2nd key after the return period lapse. After the 5 days, I keep calling and inquiring about the extra key. I keep getting the run around and not honoring their end of the contract. It's been a month and still nothing.

Mr. ***** purchased a pre-owned all electric Nissan ARIYA, although, we do have an AutoNation Nissan store in town, these is not a very common vehicle, the key was in back order with no fulfillment ETA . We were quite surprised to see this review, because last Friday 03/15/24, Matt ******** sales manager spoke with Mr. ******* wife to let them know that the key was available and to confirm that they can go to our Nissan store and ask for Chriss, he will assist them with the key completion.

For some reason the failed to realize it wasn’t that the repair was taking longer than they quoted(by 2 weeks) it was that they could not communicate or call me back when the promised to at times they specified!
They also say the GM is out on medical leave so i would love to talk to someone with authority. I have this well documented with text messages, pictures, names and dates. I feel like having talked to several employees here that things are in disarray.
The service manager and salesman assure me there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle, they do very thorough XX point inspections.
I fly to Vegas the truck is dirty inside and out but I’m not too picky. There was a pill on the backseat floor. The antenna was broken and in the backseat. I take a look under the vehicle and immediately notice there’s an obvious oil leak. Not like there’s a little oil seeping, but actual dripping wet covered in oil. I didn’t even get to look at the truck for more than 20 minutes (test drive included). I would've easily overlooked everything as wear and tear except the dripping oil even though they weren’t as transparent as they claimed. The salesman thought they could probably just have my local autonation USA cover it.
The USM Alhondra, has no sympathy for someone that just flew in to look at this vehicle. She says it’s as/is because it’s used and vehicles leak. Her or her coworkers justification was that her and her husbands vehicles leak. Not willing to stretch the return period so I can get it looked at. Not willing to let me have my local Autonation USA look at it. She essentially says take it as is or move on. Here I am flying in with a check to buy a 50k vehicle and can’t get half of an apology. They even told me to buy an extended warranty and have them repair it. Extended warranties normally don’t cover pre-existing issues.. This was shady and unethical.
Heck even an ounce of effort would’ve pushed this sale through.
Shortened review due to BBB character limit.

I have to say that I am severely disappointed with the sales person Gracella, her manager, the service manager (I think John) and GM Darren. My saga started around Aug 27 2023. Went looking for a used SUV. Wanted something that had under 60,000 miles, had a clean carfax, ran great and could get up mountains without a struggle. The first sales person I dealt with was David. He was very conscious of what my must haves were and my budget. We looked at 3 vehicles. The 1st was too small. The 2nd was a Hyundai Tucson that was very good at 1st inspection. The 3rd was a Nissan Rouge that we found in the repair bay (something with the transmission). At this point the Hyundai was the only choice at the moment. I decided to check out a few other places then returned 2 evenings later. David was not there, but Gracella helped me. She pulled up my info and had the vehicle pulled up so we could test drive it again. Once I got moving I noticed hesitation going from P or stopped into D or reverse and would seem to "buck" until it got into 2nd gear. I informed Gracella of that and she confirmed she felt it and thought it was due to the turbo. Honestly, I took her word for it and decided to buy. A very LONG story shortened, day 7 I got an email asking if all was good. I responded it had gotten worse. I did not get a response. I called, left messages and no response. Finally got through to Gracella on phone and 3 hours later I was told to call Buick Auto Nation down the road to have it serviced. I call, make appt. Go in and they tell me they can't look at it for 3-5 days!! Seriously, why make an appt! Then they send it across town. Leaving me with no vehicle and no rental because no claim yet. Now after a week Darren did get me a loaner. I will have you know that they have had my vehicle for 8 (yep 8) weeks! I am furious and outraged that I have paid 2 payments on a loan for a car I do not have and car insurance. I will be requesting reimbursement for both &compensation for suffering

My encounter with AutoNation Henderson while attempting to purchase a used MX-5 RF on 7/9/2023 was incredibly disappointing. After expressing my interest to a salesperson named Jose, he seemed accommodating and even provided videos of the car since I lived in California and couldn't easily visit their dealership.
However, my hopes were shattered when the sales manager Bob informed me the very next day that the car had been sold and the listing was removed. What happened next was absolutely infuriating. Just hours later, Jose contacted me again, offering the exact same car with a whopping $2500 increase in price. When questioned, he shamelessly lied, claiming that the new price was justified according to KBB, despite the fact that KBB had no estimate due to insufficient market data.
This bait-and-switch tactic is nothing short of a scam. AutoNation Henderson uses enticing online prices to lure customers, only to ambush them with inflated prices later on. They have no regard for honesty or integrity in their dealings.
I strongly urge everyone to avoid AutoNation Henderson if they value their hard-earned money and refuse to be taken advantage of. Don't fall for their "No-Haggle" pricing facade. Seek out a dealership that values transparency and treats customers with respect.
