    I have placed an order on 11/05/2024. As I was going through the ordering process, I added a discount code (rxmuscle20 - 20% off). I added my credit card information and my total was $162.62. As soon as I placed the order, another screen showed with a new total $180.04. Their system deceived me and completely changed the discount from $34.00 to $17.00. It completely cheated on my order. If I had seen the $17.00 discount prior to order submission I would have not gone forward and not placed the order. However, the discount was clearly showing $34.00 right before the order. I have chatted with their customer service online and they did not offer any support, and they only submitted a ticket for me. They gave me a number to call *************). I have called this number numerous times, and no one answered. I have left numerous voicemail messages asking someone to contact me, no one has ever called me back. I have submitted an email to this company to share what happened and to seek help. Someone after 2 log days replied and the rude stating that the discount code was a different one from what I have keyed in when placing the order. I have replied to that email showing proof to that person with screenshots that I have saved as I was placing the original order, however no one at this company takes responsibility to assist their returning customer. They have cheated on my order and I feel deceived. I have asked them to honor their discount code as their system showed during my order, or if they don't want to honor is I have asked the to cancel my order and refund me the money. I have not received any response from their customer service staff.I have also added a negative review on their website, however they took it down. It shows they are hiding their customer concerns, which it totally dishonest way of doing business.Can anyone please from ************************ assist me?As well, can ************************ file this client so that other consumer are protected from this company?
