    Ballot Box issued in a sealed undamaged envelope, a candidate registration form for an *** election at the *********** community in *************, *********, ** that was damaged, defective and appeared to be deliberately torn out in the section appearing around only the submission instructions on the form. The effect of this torn out portion of the form was to make it impossible for anyone to comply with instructions to submit our preference for a candidate in the *** election, thereby undermining the validity, integrity and compliance requirements of *** election procedures under the *****-******** Act and Civil Code. As if this was not enough, Ballot Box further muddled the waters by incorrectly having a name of a person on the candidate registration form who, in fact, is not a candidate at all in the election, thereby sowing further confusion and engendering possible voting dilution in contravention of our rights to a competently held election. These irregularities are deeply concerning which do not inspire confidence that our election will be a fair one either substantively or procedurally given the candidate pool has been compromised by omission and misrepresentation to voters. In sort, it suggest Ballot Box has failed to discharge its duties in a manner consistent with the law and with any reasonable expectations for holding an accurate, informed, and fair election. It behooves us that Ballot Box agree with the BBB to invalidate its defective registration form and issue new registration forms and have a new election ballots with independent third party verification and proof that it will duly receive, conduct and count all ballots in a fair, competent, accurate and reasonable manner given all of its foregoing irregularities to date.
