    Absolutely horrible company. Bought a vehicle in 2012 paid faithfully on it until medical bills forced us to bankruptcy. This company bought our loan at some point and we have been paying on a $16000 for 12 years. According to bankruptcy nothing is owed and we still do not have w a title.

Mr. *****’ vehicle title has been requested from Wollemi Acquisition, LLC’s title storage vendor and we will overnight the document to him upon receipt. Wollemi Acquisition would request that Mr. ***** please confirm his current mailing address by sending an email to [email protected], as we want to insure that the title is sent correctly via Federal Express.

    ASI part of wollemi. Has changed the title and took it out of our name so we can not renew the tags. It so invalidates the insurance if something were to happen. The bankruptcy has been completed pending discharge they have received all required payments and no additional payments are owed as well there is/was no onjection to the plan. ASI stated we still owe 9k which is unsecured which we do not and will be discharged. I would rather they work with me to get the documentation straighten out instead of this going into litigation which is in process. The people are nice to talk to but that is where it stops. -DP

    If I could give 0 stars I would. They are disrespectful and customer service is absolutely horrible. They messed up and sent me the wrong document a copy of it instead of the original. I requested it be sent next day because I needed it like two weeks ago. The customer service rep Cassante was very rude and so was the supervisor just not helpful at all. The lack of customer service is ridiculous and seeing as they made a mistake you would think they would be a little more accommodating. But I’m still waiting on my lien satisfied the original one of course. It took me two weeks to get the copy and now there telling me they sent it but can’t give me any tracking information. These people are a joke and really shouldn’t be in business.

    Please be advised that Wollemi Acquisitions, LLC ("Wollemi") does not understand Ms. ******** claim that she has been sent a copy of a lien release instead of an original. Wollemi sent the title for the subject vehicle to the co-obligor, Mr. Darnell ******, on or about December 18, 2018. Mr. ****** advised Wollemi in September 2022 that he did not receive the title. Given that the title was presumed to be lost, Wollemi sent Mr. ****** a lien release in September 2022 that he could use to apply for a clear title. Mr. ****** requested another lien release from Wollemi in early June 2023, and a second lien release was sent to him shortly thereafter. Later in June 2023, Mr. ****** advised Wollemi that he received a lien release, but the DMV stated that they needed the original lien release. Both lien releases sent to Mr. ****** were originals that contained wet ink signatures, so Wollemi is unclear as to why the DMV told Mr. ****** that the document was not an original. Shortly after the last contact from Mr. ******, Ms. ****** contacted Wollemi to request a lien release. Wollemi has now mailed out a third original lien release via USPS tracking number **********************, which is currently en route to Mr. and Ms. Manuel. Like Mr. ******, Ms. ****** claims in her BBB review that the lien release she received was a copy, but, again, both lien releases sent to Mr. and Ms. ****** were original documents containing wet ink signatures. Wollemi strives to solve customer requests as effectively as possible and it has assisted the ******* each time they’ve made a request. There may be a misunderstanding here, but Wollemi is unable to determine if that is the case based on the information provided by the ******* to date.
