    I am writing this about Centerfolds Strip Club in Las Vegas. On September 3rd 2024 I agreed to services from two entertainers, Lexi and Tropical, for a total of $640 per entertainer for 30 minutes, with an additional $280 tip. The total agreed-upon charges were $1,688. I had a conversation with the clubs accountant, and I have a video recording of this interaction, which includes her phone number and voice clearly stating that the total charge to my card was $1,688. In this video, she also informed me that if there were any issues with other amounts being charged, I should contact her directly.Despite the agreed-upon amount, my credit card has been charged additional amounts that were neither authorized nor agreed upon. Additionally, there appear to be forged signatures and falsified documents associated with these unauthorized charges. I amprepared to provide the necessary phone call proof. On October 4th, 2024, at 11:49 AM, we called Centerfolds Las Vegas and spoke with their accountant. During theconversation, she admitted, And the signatures pretty much look like his with the little an and the c that he does. She also confirmed the amount charged, stating, It is $1688thats what we have here. However, if the signatures were indeed his, she would have said, and those signatures are his, instead of admitting uncertainty by saying they pretty much look like his. We have two recorded phone calls from September 4th where she confirmed the total charges to be $1688, and that any additional charges should fall off. It has become evident that they are forging documents and claiming we received services that were never provided, such as hookah. This is a clear case of fraud. In the recorded video, we explicitly stated, Its weird that you said it was supposed to be $1688, the final total grand total, and she confirmed, It is $1688.The business has not tried to resolve the problem and told us not to call back. They wont give us receipts but we have videos.

    This business charged me for a service, told me my card was declined and asked for another card, then asked for a third card saying the second was also declined. When I checked my card accounts the following day, I had been charged on all three cards for one service rendered. They lied directly to my face and then charged me on all of my accounts. I contacted the business the following day and requested an itemized list of the services I was charged for. They failed to provide me any itemized information and claimed it was corporate policy to not share this information. This is completely unacceptable and while I am disputing the charges with my credit card companies and filing a police report - the BBB must also get involved for the safety of future patrons. The review websites of this business have many other complaints regarding this practice - please review and take action immediately.
