      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Scores *************** in ********* regarding a recent incident that occurred on the 11th of April, 2024. I visited the club with my friend ****, and we encountered a series of fraudulent charges that we believe were a result of unethical practices by the establishment.On that day, I received a dance and attempted to pay the full price of $2104 USD using my bank card. However, my bank detected the transaction as potentially fraudulent and blocked my card. My friend **** then tried to pay for my dance with his own card, and he signed a receipt and provided his fingerprint, confirming a payment of $2104 USD. The operators at Scores claimed that the transaction did not go through, and they asked **** for another card. They assured us that the payment had been processed this time. However, upon checking his card statement on the 12th of April, **** discovered that he had been charged $10,833 USD in addition to the agreed-upon amount of $2124 USD. **** has 4 separate transactions on two separate bank cards for 3917.59, 3949.76, 3290.98 & ******* = $19,866.81 AUD. While there was an agreed to and signed for amount of $2124 USD, there was additional $10,833 USD of charges - which we believe is a clear case of fraud and unethical business practices. **** is happy to have paid the $2124 USD - but not the additional $10,833 USD and would like a full refund of $10,833 USD ($16,646 AUD).
