I would not recommend this place at all. Called them to fix my moen shower , water was coming out but it wasn’t hot. Service guy came out and said can replace the cartridge or the valve. Told service guy do the cartridge but he kept trying to upsell me to replace the valve which is 3 times the cost. Told guy no I don’t want that . He turns water off and starts working on replacing the cartridge. Two hours later for job should have only been 1 hr, he said having problems replacing cartridge. He said can’t get cartridge all the way in. And that we need to replace valve. Told guy no thanks , than guy said we have to because can’t turn back water on unless replace it because faucet now has nothing there to stop the water. Told guy I’m not paying it and put it back like it was. Said can’t and have to replace valve. Not once before starting job did guy say if can’t replace the cartridge you will have to replace valve or you won’t have water. Service guy calls his office and they try to scam you and tell you no way to plug up faucet and only thing to do is replace valve which they try to give me a so call deal for 1,998. Instead of the 350 I was paying for cartridge. Told them get out. I called the plumbing store and sure enough they sell something called jet swet to stop water from coming out. I got it and it worked. Also I got the cartridge and after watching YouTube videos I went and and install the cartridge and it went in without any issues. My shower is fixed and working just fine. Do not use this company. Scam company.Fetch A Tech

Dear Alex *****,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience and fully understand your frustration. We always aim to provide honest, professional service, and it’s clear that we missed the mark during your appointment.
It’s disappointing to hear that you felt pressured into an upsell for a valve replacement, especially when all you wanted was a straightforward cartridge repair. We should have been more transparent with you from the start about the potential outcomes and costs. Your experience wasn’t the level of service we strive for, and for that, we apologize.
We also regret that you weren’t properly informed about what would happen if the cartridge couldn’t be replaced. Our technicians should have made it clear upfront that if the cartridge wasn’t successfully installed, the valve would need to be addressed in order to stop the water. You should never have felt cornered into paying for something you didn’t want or need.
We truly appreciate your initiative in researching the problem and resolving it on your own. While we’re glad you got your shower fixed, it’s unfortunate that you had to take that step. We realize you trusted us to handle the repair, and we’re sorry we let you down.
To prevent this from happening again, we’ll be revisiting our training and service protocols to ensure that our technicians communicate all options clearly and respectfully. We want every customer to feel confident and fully informed about the work being done in their home.
If you're open to it, we’d love to speak with you directly 702-334-0655 and learn more about your experience, so we can improve and make things right. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we’re committed to earning your trust back.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope we can have the chance to serve you better in the future.
Best regards,

1 starThis is the worst company ever! DO NOT HIRE
I live in a manufactured home. On August 2, 2023, I hired them to do a complete plumbing replacement.
They charged me $10,000. It took them maybe 6 hours to do. On October 28, 2023, I started to see my flooring coming up and wood protruding through in the kitchen and bathroom. When I look underneath the house I saw this flooding, everything was leaking everywhere. So now I’m frantic. I call the company and they send a technician to check out the emergency. He takes a lot of pictures and videos of both the plumbing and inside the house. He says he would like to start some of the work that day, asap. But when he text messages his boss he is told to leave my property. The company made me wait 48 hours before giving me a reply. Fetch a tech said I would have to prove they did anything wrong! They were extremely rude and they washed their hands of it! Now I’m sitting here with water damaged wood underneath and floors that are sinking and my water shutoff. This is definitely a civil action lawsuit. I wish I would of seen these reviews first.Review fromJulie G

5 starsEthan came the same day in less than two hours to fix our air conditioner. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything we ask about too. It took him less than fifteen minutes. He also explained the VIP Membership plan and signed us up then whereas the previous technican said he didn't do that and I would need to call or go online. We hope we can ask for Ethan if we ever need assistance in the future. Great service!Review fromWilliam B

1 starI called Fetch A Tech to come out here and give me an AC tune-up. The technician said my air conditioner unit which is only 2 years old is running harder than it should with that he went up into the Attic and said that my ductwork needed to be replaced because they were crimps in the ductwork which was causing the AC unit to work harder. He wanted the ductwork replaced and insulation put down at a cost of $16,500. With that I had to call another company to see if they came to the same conclusion. They did not!! The company I called to come out and check the results of fetch a tech was *** ******. The technician was very knowledgeable he tested my air conditioner unit which as I said was only 2 years old he said there was no problem with it and he went up into the attic and looked at my duck work and said there was no problem with that either. I'm so glad I got another opinion. Do not use fetch a teck they will rip you off!!!Review fromJoanna B

1 starLast December I purchased a furnace and air conditioner system from this company. From day one it didn’t heat properly, and the tech said to wait a few days before complaining. Temperatures ranged from 4-5 degrees difference between upstairs and downstairs, making it too cold without a space heater in my dining room. I complained weekly, and they sent techs but no one could fix the problem. This went on until April. At that time I asked for a refund/removal of the system, and was assured that could happen. However, when I asked again, I was put off. I had to take a trip for a couple of months and when I returned the air conditioner had kicked in. Now the problem is reversed…up to 8 degrees colder downstairs than upstairs! I again called and asked for my refund/removal of the units, and again got the run-around. I am beyond angry and upset, as the resale value of my house will be impacted by the fact that the system does not and has never worked properly. I most definitely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.Review fromAmy S

The low rating is for management's lack of response to my questions and concerns. I have waited over 2 weeks for the manager to contact me. We were long time customers
of Cal Air which was sold to fetch a tech. fetch a tech honored our maintenance agreement. Upon the inspection we were told our 10 year old system needed expensive repair and also all our duct work needed replacement, along with installation of a second intake for $9,900. The HVAC system they recommended was a Daikon 5 ton 20 seer heat pump inverter split system for $33,000. The salesman pushed for a next day installation. I called the following morning to delay the installation until I could do more research. I was told they already had everything loaded and were ready to install. The manager offered another discount for a total of $38,450. I felt pressured and reluctantly agreed, against my better judgement. The installation went smoothly and everyone was professional and informative. The replaced duct work made a huge difference in the air quality along with the included air purifier. My concerns are with my power bills that have escalated almost 300% since the installation. NV energy advised 75% of our costs was heating. We reduced our thermostat to 67/65 which made little difference. The techs have been out twice to make "adjustments". I called 2 weeks ago and spoke to the salesman who said he would email the manager with my concerns and get back to me. I waited 9 days and finally called him. He said he would send another email and the manager would definitely call the next day. I never received a call and I am frustrated. If this "extremely efficient" system operates as promised, we are satisfied with the purchase.Fetch A Tech

Our apologies for the lack of communication. Not sure why the power bill has increased, however we will look over the system and figure out what is going on. I will make sure there is compensation made for utility cost if we have done something wrong.
We will be reaching out to schedule an appointment to visit the home.

I had a fetch a tech , technician out to the house to check air conditioning system, on a Saturday. The unit was running but not cooling. As a result of his check he reported to me we had a leak in the system, and proceeded to tell me how expensive it would be to find the leak and then fix the problem. I said I wanted to check a few things. Within an hour or so a management person, Bryan, called me and started to go over the expense of replacing the system, due to it's age, and some options. I told him I would get back to him. In the mean time, I called my home warranty service to report my problem and have them check my system. I had forgotten I had the warranty service. my wife reminded me. On the following Monday the warranty person came to the house, I showed him what Fetch a Tech found on Saturday. He went to the system checked it out, found the leak, repaired, recharged the system, it was low, and the unit has been working good since the repair. I really feel the Fetch a Tech, technician could have done the same, but had the feeling he was working under the direction of his management when repair was discussed. Felt I was almost taken advantage of in this situation, and won't call them back in the future. I did call them and told them all of what I said in this review.Fetch A Tech

Tom, leak search and repair can be a costly expense depending on the severity and location of the leak. The technician getting a supervisor involved to present all options for repair and replacement is encouraged, this helps guide the client in making the best decision possible. Your experience with Fetch-A-Tech members should always be a positive one and unfortunately you did not feel it was. I do care about your experience, if I can further assist, please let me know. My interaction with the tech was positive. My problem was no attempt was made to even make a cursory check. I understand if it is beyond the normal check. I only had a problem with the first thoughts was to refer to your management team and wanting to consider a replacement first.
The tech was fine. When my service came to the home on Monday, it only took a short while to find the leak, fix it, and recharge the system and return it to service.Fetch A Tech

I appreciate the feedback; it sounds to me that we could have taken more time in our process, better communication, more clarity. Overall, we didn't deliver completely and for that we apologize. This information will be used for training purposes to help improve our company. Thank you so much for sharing Tom.
