    My property was damaged during a service visit via Thumbtack App and the company simply did not pay for the damages they caused while charging me for service. Service Fees and Damages were never refunded. They got online and attempted to defame my character but never paid what they agreed to pay. They kept advertising and receiving money via thumbtack platform with no restrictions or penalty There credibility and attitude is subpar. To respond to a yelp review as a victim after ignoring emails and phone calls and lying about communication is simply narcissistic. The owner /manager ******** is not an honest person and has spent more time attempting to defame my character erroneously than paying what is owed. I have wasted time sending invoice requested and cash app as requested. Neither invoice has been paid They refunded one service call but did not refund the other where the first rep disconnected my breaker box and then the next service rep broke it. Unprofessional and will talk you to death but will not pay debts but continue to be on yelp and thumbtack collecting money from other customers.

    *****, as stated previously, we are cutting all ties and communication with you.  We have gone above and beyond to try to appease you.  However, you continued on by sending threatening and alarming emails which prompted us to investigate your review history.  Fortunately, this led us to discover that you have been also been threatening and discrediting other contractors to stronghold them to fix issues out of scope of their contracted work; similarly to what youre doing to us. We have refunded your diagnostic fee and would like to consider this matter as resolved. 

    The following excerpt was my original response to you indicating the timeliness and the history as documented in your customer profile. We went to your home on 9/09 and diagnosed a bad capacitor. You had us return on 9/23 but you didnt answer the door (our 2nd experience of this). You scheduled again on 9/30. When the **** tried to install your capacitor, he tried to turn off the power by pulling out the disconnect switch, but it still had power which means it had been bypassed which is a sign that it had previously failed. The **** tried to turn off the main breaker, but that did not work as well. The plan was to send a Sr. **** to your home to further diagnose, but the office could not reach you to schedule service. We made several attempts to call you (we have call logs) and left a voicemail, but we never received a call back. When you called a couple of days ago to inform us of your breaker box needing to be replaced and demanded a reimbursement, we approved your request after learning ************** failed to explain the issue (you needing a new disconnect box as well) and for not requesting for Sr. **** support while onsite. We are not admitting to any wrongdoing but merely trying to make up for the lack of communication and lack of customer **********************. We planned to pay for your breaker box even after multiple threatening and very disturbing emails, we were just working out the logistics. If youd like to further discuss, you can call me directly.     Very unprofessional technician came and try to fix my **. The fan was working before he came and the ** was just not cooling. The ** made a loud bang and the whole power in the unit went down. The fan stopped working after. Now the whole board of the ** is burnet and they disappeared. They claim they dont service high rises and cant fix it. Brought another company for a second opinion and they mentioned their technician connected the wire to the wrong place and caused the mother board and the whole system to burn.

    Hello Din, When the appointment was booked, it was scheduled for a Diagnostic with description tried to set thermostat to cool, but no response (as shown in our booking system, which I can show you). Your AC was already not running upon our Techs arrival. Our Tech was even informed by your tenant that other HVAC contractors have been out to diagnose your AC but could not fix it. Have you reached out to them? Also, as you stated, your handyman who tried to rewire your thermostat couldn't power on the unit after he rewired it, which could have resulted the short on the control board.  Our Tech diagnosed a bad control board and transformer. We did try to locate your parts, but we have had no luck since you have a much older unit. We informed you of our difficulty, and we advised you to call HVAC companies who specialize in sky rises to see if they have a better chance finding the parts, or to talk about replacement options. We did not disappear; weve been in constant communication with you. I advised our dispatcher to refund your diagnostic fee, to which I see still havent been done. Ill do that now and wish you the best of luck in finding a hvac company you can work with. If youd like to speak further, Id be happy to get on a call with you.

    I am rejecting this response because: The tenant claimed there was a loud bang during their "inspection". My tenant has no interest in lying. He informed at the moment it happened in a message and I called the company right away to see what's going on. The whole power in the unit went down and they had to bring maintenance to bring it back up. All we had before is a handyman relocate the thermostat on the drywall. He didn't want to touch the connecting wires as he is not familiar with AC and advised to bring a licensed AC company, which is what we thought you are. It was working fine before their technician came. The fan stopped working after their technician came and the whole system is down after the loud bang that he caused during his visit. They had no mention of refunding me anything or any communication until I posted this review. The refund they are offering now is a joke compared to the damage they caused.
