    ZERO stars if that was an option. We handed some teenage boys under the age of 21 and they were treated by their uncle to go on a helicopter ride (last ride for the day) We headed over on a Friday night. The GPS pulled the wrong address, we called and the lady on the phone stated that 9:45 was the cut-off, so we arrived at 8:47. It was two minutes and not that, but we watched a WHITE couple go in the same time, and the manager sends an employee as we asked why they get to go in and we can't. The YOUNG male employees is lost for words at the challenge and says she said “you all are late” and we replied, “So are they”. After going back and forth, we left and the boys stood out watching the couple get on and the helicopter takes off. We walked back in and I said, I hope you feel sleep well tonight knowing how you treated us. ZERO empathy and compassion. My male cousin went in, talked to the manager, and she acted like she has no clue and suggested we contact a third party. Again, patronizing a blatant racist business is what you will be doing if you are any other race but white. Received an email that the video was being reviewed back on 12/13/2024 (we were there on 12/6/2024) and still haven't received a call or follow-up email.
