Oct 23rd I messaged through their chat that we wanted window seats and carryon bags included. After several attempts and hours of waiting to secure the selected flight, no one responded, so I called and waited for hours on the phone. When I finally reached someone ******* I guess I told him I wanted window seats and carry on baggage. I asked was it included per the selected flight. The person said yes to both. I later received a call from ******* stating the airline was not accepting carryon and they would have to check in at no additional charge.Oct 28th I finally received my ticket confirmation after calling since it was longer than 72 hours and followed up with Spirit to find out I didn't have seats or luggage. I contacted this agency again and they tell me I would get my seats 24hr before check in and they would add the luggage. I reminded them of window seats and that was not what I was told originally.I called Spirit again, no seats and no luggage. This time ******* **** on me when I called back. He sent an email with the 24hr seating c*** and the luggage department would add luggage to my returning flight which now tells me I don't have luggage for either flight.I called Spirit 2 Nov and there's still no luggage or seats. I was told by Spirit if I wait 24hr before my flight there aren't guarantees for our seats and I MUST make this business ******* flight leaves on 15 Nov, confirmation number JL26UW.

I booked through **************** using my points. Months later I googled **************** travel phone number I was connected to an agent named **** lancer . He helped me rebook my flights and upgrade me. I asked to use my points and he said I couldnt for an upgrade. At no point did he deny NOT being an **************** travel agent and he had many opportunities. I flew to ****** okay but paid a lot to upgrade and had no idea I had to pay a a service fee. On the way home I was unable to fly because my original flight had been canceled by a person outside of **************** or delta this was **** ! I had to pay 1300 plus 550 dollars to get home from ******. I have emails detailing everything and a promise from **** to be reimbursed for my expenses. He is now ghosting me.

I called what I was led to believe was ***********************. The agent, *****, let me know that my flight change could be handled. I was told that the fees would be separate charges for taxes and the change in flights. I asked if I could pay with points, which is why I called ***********************, and I wanted to get any additional points for using **************** Travel. The representative let me know that I could not use my points and sent me an email outlining the charges. I was charged an additional $1,442 to change the flights, $300, and $10. I now understand that the $300 was the fee to change the flights with *****. The rest was just this travel agency acting like they are ***********************. The total that I paid was $1,752, but I should have only paid $300. This was extremely misleading.I received an email to confirm the charges. We had missed our flights and needed to rebook. I agreed in the email, understanding that the $1,442 amount was the fee for the ticket. I asked why my points could not be used, considering that it is the only reason that I called. I was already at the airport and in the line with *****. ***** said that points could not be used on changed flights. I was extremely mislead throughout the entire interaction. People need to be aware that they should avoid this business.Only $310 went directly to the airline. I have never been scammed like this before. This is a terrible business practice.

I was scammed by Aceflight Hub. I Googled Amex travel, who I used to book original flight using rewards, no cash, and a toll free number came up under Amex Travel, never call a number you find on ******. I called the number and they portrayed themselves as **************** travel and asked the same questions as ****************. They charged a lot of money for something that should have been free. I asked why there was a charge and ****** ******* (or whatever his name is) ************************ Direct Line - *************** **** Line - ***************, Lied to me and told me I could not use rewards to make the fl;ight change change, which is compeletely wrong, and needed to pay an out of pocket charges. He did not tell me that he was not **************** when I asked, or that he worked for a seperate company. I used the information I gavce himand made changes on Untied online site and played it off like he was elping me from ****************. He and his company are scammers and liars.

I am filing a complaint for 5 airline ticket charges due to the fact that I was misinformed by the Ace Flight Hub agent I spoke to who represented himself as a ********* Airlines employee. He also made false statements that the ********* flight was canceled and that I needed to book new flights on ****** Airlines. I have since learned that our flight had never been canceled. The representative lied to me and charged me for 5 flights on ****** airlines due to the fact that I could not check in for the ********* airlines flight. He also told me that there needed to be an additional bogus second charge in order to hold the flights. I am requesting reimbursement because of the misrepresentation and multiple instances of lies and false information that the representative provided. (Please see uploaded document for more details.)
