    I made reservations to fly from Mesa, AZ to Rapid City, SD and because of the Covid situation, canceled and was issued a credit voucher with a full refund, I had a year to use the voucher and the deadline was July 22, 2022. Because I couldn't reach anyone by phone, I sent a letter explaining I live in ******** April through September and ******* October through March and I would like to see if I could extend the voucher for when I returned to ******* because Allegiant doesn't fly into ********. I received a call from Allegiant and they told me my voucher was used already, They asked me if I happened to call an 800 number and I replied yes I did. They then told me they do not have a 800 number and so I contacted a fraudulent company. They know the name of the person who used my voucher which I have no idea who this person is and I sent them a copy of my phone bill showing the number I called and asked them to please contact whoever it is using their name and have them refund Allegiant so I can get my refund, I do not feel it is my responsibility to go after a fraudulent company when in fact the real company knows it is happening, I called the fraudulent company back after receiving the call from Allegiant and straight asked them if they were Allegiant and the reply was "yes" . I shouldn't be a middle person here. the phone number to the fraudulent company is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Allegiant's number is XXX-XXX-XXXX and they never return a phone call IF you can get through to a voicemail. If a credit card is fraudulently used the credit card company takes care of finding out who did it and I feel Allegiant is not holding up on their end of a bad situation. I have all the copies of the phone log, travel vouchers, credit voucher and anything you may need as proof that I can mail to you.

    I purchased an airline ticket on to Destin, Fl and since purchasing the ticket, the flight has been changed twice. I've tried several times calling to speak with someone with no luck. I've emailed and only get a generic response. These changes have caused my trip to be shorter than planned and I've had to change reservation times to planned outings.
    This trip is a family planned trip with 8 paid tickets and a lap baby.
    This airline has ruined our trip. As a teacher that's already stressed out to the max, I was so looking forward to relaxing with my family and enjoying the sights of Destin but Allegiant has ruined that. I'm highly disappointed in this experience.

    My original departure itinerary was 11:26 am. Current itinerary is 4:27 pm.

    My original return itinerary was 5:53 pm. Current itinerary is 2:55 pm.

    I purchased a flight - Confirmation ******- when I realized I booked it incorrectly I tried to call. I called (3) different times and was on hold over an hour each time and eventually had to hang up. I cancelled the flight and received minimal credit towards a new ticket. When I went on line the tickets for the same route were nearly $100 cheaper. Conf #******.

    I tried to switch via phone prior to the 14 day window which was IMPOSSIBLE. I ended up purchasing an entirely new flight- which my mother took and we had no issues, however I believe a refund is in order for the first set of tickets- since I couldn't use any cancellation credit.

    I basically paid twice. I have all the screenshots of pricing if needed. The original amount was $244.00 I would like that refunded.

    I purchased a flight on Allegiant Airlines departing Sanford, FL on June 18th flight number ******. I paid extra for the ability to receive a flight voucher if I was unable to make the flight. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the flight due to being hospitalized. I called the airline and spoke to Jorden who said no worries and that a flight credit voucher would be sent. Here we are a month later and I still don't have it. I attempted to call to speak to an agent but every time I call it says it's over a 2 hour wait. It suggested calling in the middle of the night, which I did and waited nearly an hour before finally hanging up.
