    Took the grandson to sky zone. He visits 2 or so times a year. Told the cashier, in no uncertain terms we did not want an ongoing bill/monthly subscription. Was bill at least 3 times ***** per month. It is my fault that did not notice it right away. Tried to get a refund. Recieved one response. never heard back. We were fraudulently signed up for this service.

    On 10/3/2023 I took my kids and purchased the membership for all 4 of them. As the month went on we did not use it enough to keep it going. I started calling the summer sky zone office on 10/26/23 to get my membership cancelled, no one would answer the phone or return calls from my messages left. On 11/3/23 I was charged again after trying to call everyday. Finally on 11/4/23 I got someone to answer they advised they could not cancel it I had to do it online. I told them I tried but didnt have my number and needed it to cancel. She provided it to me and I asked for a refund. She told me that she would submit something to get me the refund and we disconnected. On 11/4/23 I got an email it was canceled and I replied asking for a refund. After a few attempts to work this out in email I am still being declined my refund for $99.96. The membership has been cancelled but I would like my refund based on trying to contact them for several days to cancel and leaving messages within the time frame to cancel with no response.

    I emailed guest in regards to the situation and processed the refund. I apologized for the lack of communication and informed the guest that she could email us directly at any time.
