I was all for these people until the landlord said that they would accept my dog but I needed to get a letter from my actual psychiatrist and not this letter they said this letter was not acceptable it was not considered legit per their regulations. My contacted my bank and I reported that I felt I might have been a victim of fraud the bank asked me to try to contact them in good faith and see what they would say. The first person said in order to process a refund I had to file a complaint with the legal departments per form they sent me. At first I refuse to do this and then a supervisor by the name of Casey came and said that I had to do that in order to start the process of a refund. So I went ahead and did so then I reached back out to the supervisor Casey to find out what was taking so long for a response. Casey the so-called supervisor disappeared off the face of the Earth doesn't bother to respond anymore. So I started a new ticket with the same complaints and the new person said that in order to process a refund I had to call them that they could not address that via email or chat. explained what the so-called supervisor Casey informed me to do and what I did and why I'm waiting and then she said yes that is the process and you will have to wait a total 360 from her first email. This company is in fact fraudulence this company is in fact stealing our money and though the letter may work for some landlords that don't have much knowledge they do not work for landlords that do their homework basically. These people got off with $179 off of someone that lives off of social security and they called themselves a reputable company. That to me is absolutely monstrosis I am disabled with small children and they straight took my money and refused to give it back having the knowledge that unfortunately for me the letter was not accepted by the landlord. Along with everyone else though it may not make a difference to them I will make sure people know they are crooks

      Hi Nanil,
I have run your name and email address through our system and we don't have a purchase for either. Can you please provide a screenshot of your receipt as maybe someone else placed to order for you. Also we don't have a supervisor named Casey and have had the same staff for past 7 years.

This is such a false response and for anyone that has any questions customer wise I can prove to you that they're full of it I have all of the emails back and forth that will show you that every name and every situation named in my complaint is legit. That there is a supervisor by the name of Casey I can also prove. Whether he's really a supervisor or just an employee is not something I know but that he works for them I do know. Mind you that my correspondence started with their precise website it isn't like someone reached out to me with some anonymous email saying they are who they are. So you could take that response right along with you to wherever you came from because every bit of my complaint is legit this is a scam. They won't give me the refund the landlord won't accept the letter or correction now they accepted the letter but now they want more money. And all that talk about them helping you if things like this arise is BS they do not help at all and they do not provide the refund either. Total scam hear me when I tell you people total total scam. You're not going to back out of this one saying oh well that's not me I have more than enough proof that is why the better Business bureau posted my review and if they have any further questions I will gladly provide them with all the proof they need.
