    The VA and my apartment management have ignored my conditions, which are ************ name is ****** *******, and today is February 13, 2025. I have reported seeing pests in my apartment that I am allergic to, and I have not had help. I have been paying out of pocket to try to resolve my health concerns despite the responsibility of my apartment management and VA VHA/VBA Federal healthcare and benefits. Others have often told me they have noticed me constantly coughing even when I am unaware of it. Sadly, I guess I'm used to it by now.I notify my apartment management of reoccurring respiratory and other allergic reactions in my residence. Some of them are due to mold and pest control complications. My concerns were dismissed as if I was complaining for no reason. And told there is nothing else that could be done about my request for accommodations for severe allergies. Plus other hazards that I have gone to the VA ER for treatment.The last time that it rained severely most of the apartments here ceilings had sunken in and collapsed. In my apartment, it has caused water damage to the floor part of my ceiling and other places. I am not able to specifically say the full extent of the damage without having expert knowledge and the tools and supplies to test my own comprehensively. And my apartment management has never sent any specialist technicians to do so either. And my respiratory problems only got worse.Every morning, around 3:00 a.m., I wake up congested due to post-nasal drip. This causes me to gag severely, and I nearly vomit while trying to expel thick phlegm from my throat.Sore *********** when coughing Pain when taking a deep breath, especially when my lungs reach full capacity more I inhale, the more the pain increases Persistent cough ******************* Body aches Chest tightness Wheezing Difficulty breathing Neck pain and hand pain Degenerative arthritis of the spine Flat feet Diabetes Blurry eyesight Plus other symptoms.

    We here at Bella Estates have responded to ****** ******* in a timely manner,****** ******* reported his pest control issues on Wednesday 2/12/2025 and we responded on 2/12/2025, we have never received a report for any mold/water floor damage complaint until today 2.13.2025 from this BBB Complaint #********.I have attached all work orders, contact we made via e-mail for 2/12/2025 regarding pest control, and $50.00 application fee e-mail if needed

    We maintain detailed records of all maintenance requests and resident communications, including:
    Complete work order history
    Email correspondence regarding pest control (dated 2/12/2025)
    Documentation of the $50.00 application fee communication
    We are committed to addressing all resident concerns promptly and thoroughly, as demonstrated by our same-day response to the pest control issue. We take all maintenance issues seriously and encourage residents to report concerns immediately through our established maintenance request system to ensure the quickest possible resolution.

    I have been without A/C for (7) days now. Also my ceiling is leaking which cause power to go out in the room. Only the room!
