    I currently reside at **** Rock Springs Dr ******************************* which is an active living community, managed by Ovations property management. ( Radiance at Rock Springs) *********************** continues to deprive me from the enjoyment of utilizing my dwelling frequently from their constant posting of notices to on my door based upon invalid accusations.Numerous times as of to date currently, the leasing office has posted a notice on my door to inspect my unit for unauthorized occupants 3 times. On one of these occasions, the property manager ***** took pictures in my apartment, without my authorization. ***** told my family member, whom I left to be there while they came, they were looking to see if children lived there and ***** told her information regarding my lease which was not permitted and against regulation.In addition, I..the leaseholder verified there is no other person that lives there and unless there is an eminent threat to the unit, fire, flood etc. she should not be asking for entry.I now recently received another notice from resident services stating I verbally verified unauthorized occupants, which is untrue. This company requests I provide reasonable accommodation forms, which I ask to they have this procedure for all of their residents. There are numerous residents whom families visits, many residents whom babysit their grandchildren, take them to school, I speak to them daily. Many residents who children I see day in and day out. When I ask does Radiance at Rock Springs survey every resident, or just me, they fail ro answer this question. I have asked that they cease all posting and let me live in peace.

    Radiance at Rock Springs is a 55+ active adult community. The resident, *************************** is not living in the apartment. There are minor children living in the apartment along with a woman who is not a leaseholder. Both are major lease violations. *************************** was served with a 24-hour notice to inspect the apartment for unauthorized occupants. The staff was instructed by in house counsel to provide proof of the lease violations. The proof was provided via the attached photos and video. It is clear that the minor children are living in the apartment and ******* ****** is subleasing unit #*** to an unauthorized occupant. The unauthorized occupant is receiving mail to apartment #*** which is further proof of her residency.
