      This is a continuance of my complaint made on 429/2022 October 2nd of 2021 there was a fire March 23rd of 2022 there was a flood a sewage flood as well as 2 weeks before that my car was illegally towed when the flood happened ******************* called me the next day which is a whole entire scenario of what happened during the flood basically was stuck in a sewage flood up to my ankles from 3:30 in the afternoon till 1:30 in the morning before they finally took me out of there and still had to tread through the one foot of sewage water throughout my whole entire apartment to get the rest of the things that weren't damaged out of the apartment to move to the next apartment either way ******************* called me that next day let me know that they were putting in a different apartment he apologizes about the situation and told him to make him a list of all the damages so that he can reimburse me I went ahead and made a report that started from the fire my car being illegally towed as well as all the things that happened during the flood as well as the list of Damages that were done during the flood thinking that I would turn in the list and receive my reimbursement well since then ******************* is never not one time contacted me I've called I've left messages several times I went to the office the office staff has told him several times I've left messages I filed the complaint with the BBB Etc I see that ************* had just replied to response in April of 22 on the BBB site as well as several other employees I've went through all the responses and found some other employees numbers and names and I'm going to contact several of them today the one I have already called last week was ************ i called ***** let her know what was going on she said she was going to pass the message on to ************* I still have no received any call back from her or ************* the next step after this will be to file a civil suit against the Siegel Suites for my vehicle being illegally towed and all the damages fro

      It's now 7:51 pm and our room is like °90 degrees. They refused to fix our air conditioner. We both have health issues and I can't handle it. I can't get ready without air conditioning. Omg!!

When she started to bang on our door more violently..my boyfriend went to the bathroom and I was forced to open the door naked..no bra..only wearing a small and short white nighty gown. I asked her what she needed and reminded her that we both were not appropriately dressed to answer the door when she replied that she didn't hear him. That can't be possible because they had back and fourth words through the door. So I told her I realized rent was due today, but that the day isn't over yet as it's 10:30 a.m. She went on to yelling over me to where I couldn't get a word in and decimating our character by reminding me that I didn't even pay my rent last month that I have the city pay it.       On 8.26.2022 I was notified by a property in Las Vegas that the tenant was complaining about no AC and GM refusing to repair now mind you they never called our front desk to complain about no ac. I called GM immediately and had maintenance and a witness to go to unit to see what the issue was. They knocked and no answer and we posted on door that we were there and to contact the office. We did not enter their apartment due to the fact we did not have permission to enter. These tenants where served a 7 day pay or quit on their rent. These tenants also tried to place a TPO on the GM and it was denied with all false allegations. On 8.26.22 the sheriff posted a lock out order for Monday. Tenants then filed a motion to stay in which it was granted but only if they deposited $710 with the court to which they did not and sheriff locked them out this morning 8.29.22. When GM checked the unit the AC was blowing very cold at 61 degrees.
      I have all documentation of when we received the notice claiming AC was not working, picture of note posted on door stating we missed you and to please call the office, the court order of eviction and the denial of TPO order.

      This company does not answer their company phone I even had an employee tell me she had two hours left in her day and decided she won't take calls anymore cause she doesn't want to they send out notices for work orders and 1 don't show up or say they will show up on a certain day and come the day before or after trying to make sure no one is home so they can say they attempted it. The front desk staff is rude and like to belittle customers for trying to express and issues. The main owner refuses to speak to tenant and once the front desk staff chased after me after telling them I didn't want a certain item and they yelled at me and she was a manager at this location THE LOCATION IS SIEGEL SWENSON 1and 2
