    I had a great experience with the team before the company went big. Customer work etiquette is not there. Would not recommend .

    Horrible service and dishonest or just lazy. I purchased a part for my 20 X3M Comp. on 11/16/22 and realized the same day that this part would not work for me, a few hours later I messaged the EXPH asking them to cancel it, then I phoned and left a message. I received email confirmation as well as Mike phoned me back and said that they would cancel the order but here is 11/22/22 and I have not received a refund and my order status on their website says "Awaiting Shipment". Why?

    I just want my refund and will not receive the part if it's shipped and will contact Affirm (I used to make the purchase) to inform them as well.
