    I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your ********* location in *********. I placed an order with the expectation that it would be ready in 30 minutes, as promised by your team. However, after waiting for 5 hours, my order was still not ready.I reached out to the assistant manager, ****, to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, **** was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite my clear need for the order, he ended up canceling it without my consent.This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and has caused me significant inconvenience. I expect better from a company like Napa Auto Parts, and I hope that you take steps to address these issues with your staff and improve your service.Order# ********
