    4/25/24 Car rental #*** Zelled $500 and cash $ 42.68.Car rental 4/25 to 4/27 I was told my deposit would be zelle back to me 48 hrs after contract ended. (5/2/24)The car was returned early due to condition of car and tires. The car was dangerous, was not told of spare donut tire on vehicle, (can not go over a certain speed). They had a fake wheel cap covering it. The side mirror was falling off, windows so dirty I had to clean to see. The car kept pulling to the right. Cigarette *****, rear window did not work.Empire Car Rental said 48 hrs after contract ended I would get a zelle payment of $250.00.I have not received any money.I want this company reported as a scam and want my $250 deposit returned.Thank you

    On April 4/12/24 we arrived go get a rental car, we didn't have enough that day and agreed to return tomorrow at 4:30PM. I had called them numerous times from 10AM to 4:15PM they have no picked up, they were not in their office, nor were they returning my calls. It is past 4:30pm and even though I did not end up renting car as proof via our bus schedule, as well as the fact you would find no vehicle to have mileage or GPS tracking that directs back to our address. We paid a deposit to get the car at 4:30 PM but no one has showed up or called back, now they refuse to give me my deposit back even though I showed up before the scheduled date waited until closing, AND didn't even leave with a vehicle twice! I have been scammed out of money and would like to report them and get my money back!

    I rented a car from them because I can't get a credit card so I paid a 200 dollar deposit and I have followed all rules I don't smoke So shouldn't been a issue when I rented the car it wasn't cleand before I rented it they were busy and i said its okay now they are claiming 48 hours after I returned the car that I smoked and left ash all over the car I have an asthmatic 2 month old daughter I didn't violate anything

    I went to the company to rent a vehicle, the vehicle sounded as though it was going to blow up when it was started by the employee so I refused to take it. They had no other vehicles that fit what we needed without paying more money. I refused to pay more. The employee said she was going to cancel the transaction. They still charged me and now refuse to refund my money. I neve drove a vehicle and they had nothing that would fit 5 people (4 being adults) without paying more for it. The transaction was to be cancelled and refunded within 30 minutes of paying. The company refuses to refund the money.

    On august 11th I rented a car from this service and was told first off we had to do a two day minimum and a deposit of 200 dollars. Also being that I had to go to *********** **********, I had to pay an additional 200 dollars for a out of town fee and unlimited miles. ** with a total of a 400 deposit, the rental car wasn't clean. The car was returned on the 13th around 9p.m and I put the keys in the door of the business. The dispute is they kept my deposit for smoking in the vehicle which didnt take place. I called the business and told them they were wrong being that no one was even there to check the car. Also there are no pictures. With two small children being in the vehicle its impossible to have ashes all in the car. After reading reviews I see that this is an ongoing thing with this business.
