Midnight Motors agreed to remove engine and transmission from my 2014 Camaro and place it in my **** Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. The agreement was for $2500 and they would keep unused parts of the 2014 Camaro. I paid $1000 deposit for them to begin the work and $1500 would be paid at completion of the work. I also paid them an additional $400 for additional parts. They requested the title because the Camaro was salvaged and had from end damage. They said the police had come and suspected it was stolen. The title was handed over. Soon after they would not allow me in or open the door to the shop, answer my calls or text to check status on the Trans Am. They would not allow me to take either vehicle since they refused to do so unless I paid them $9000 for storage fees claiming I broke the contract when in fact they stole both cars from me as well as the money. I have text messages and call logs from them. I need them to return the vehicles and parts they have stolen along with my title. They have held my property for over a year now.

First of all I only received $500 deposit when it's supposed to be a thousand so I proceeded to pull the transmission engine transmission out of the trans am after that was completed he came and picked up a car he was going to do some front end restoration on it and then bring the car back Idid not hear from him over 3 months.   and he still didn't never brought $500 additional  deposit an  there was no cops called there's nothing about no stolen vehicle I never kept his vehicles the Camaro he left here for storage I charged some storage fees he did not like that far as the trans am he picked that vehicle up with his brother and the engine an transmission in their vehicle and trailer he's lying about me still having that vehicle yes he broke contract when he did not fulfill the agreed payment with a different agreement written on the back of the original after I saw that shady stuff he tried pulling on me I told him go ahead and contact my attorney on these matters.
