    The transaction took place through an online order via Caked ********* website on Friday, March 10, 2023 and received a confirmation email from Caked ********* with ************ as the order number. I paid $23.40 for an order of cupcakes to be ready for pick up on Sunday, March 12, 2023. When I went to pick up my order on March *************************************** that they did not prepare the order due to not being able to access the inbox for the Caked ********* store since the owner, *******, was out for surgery and was the only one able to access the inbox. When I requested a refund, they also informed that they were unable to do so since ******* would be the only one authorized to issue refunds but since hes absent from the store they are unable to issue me a refund and that my only recourse would be to email ******* to request a refund.As evidenced by the email chain attached to this complaint, Ive followed up with ******* and also called the store on Thursday, March 16 to speak to *******, but I was informed that he was still out for surgery. As of today, I still have not heard from ******* or anyone else at the store regarding my refund.
