Each pk of Jelly Bellies only had 20 not the Keto: Your order is $1.96 cents for 4 fruit chews and $8.00 for 4 oz of sugar-free jelly bellies. As I said in the previous email. I sent you two extra fruit chews and extra jelly bellies. I always send extras rather than less. I hope that makes everything more clear.     To whom it may concern, BBB,

    *************** to a customer complaint in regards to an order placed thru my store keto candy jar. My store sells candy by the individual piece and by the ounce so that customers are able to make their own specialty jars of sugar free candy. Sugar free candy is not inexpensive but I try my best as a very small business owner to keep my prices as low as possible and I always include a free candy or a few free candies with every order. ************** orders $14 worth of fruit chews and jelly bellies and was sent well over the amount that she paid for but still stated that she wanted a lot more than what she bought. I cant afford to give away bags of candy that cost $9.99 even on Amazon. She wanted ***** worth of fruit chews for $2.00. The fruit chews she purchased only cost .49 cents each and she stated that she thought she was going to get a whole bag of fruit chews for that price. As I said before the whole bags cost $10 each everywhere you go. Even ******** I am not a bulk distributor and even if I was I couldnt sell things for 99% off. I tried to explain this to her repeatedly. Thank you. Sincerely,

    This customers claim is actually just a lie. She received more than the full amount of candies that she paid for. She claims she received 20 pieces of the individually wrapped jelly bellies when in truth She received 4 bags and each bag contained more than 20 individually wrapped candies. Additionally she order 4 individual fruit chews which were .49 cents each and I sent her 6 as a courtesy because I always send my customers extra candies. Im not sure why she feels the need to lie about this but what she is saying is simply untrue.

    I do not appreciate being called a liar one bit. I did fail to mention I'd ordered 4 pks. of jellies. It was an honest mistake.I got 5 fruit chews.

    The jellies she charged .10 each for (2.00/20) cost me ***** for 1/2 lb. on ***** The fruit chews she charged me .49 each cost me .19 each, in a 7.5 oz. bag, on ***** She did NOT send a lot of extras. l got ONE extra chew.

    Here is her order. You can see that she could clearly see the cost of the items as well as the weight which was only 5 and a half ounce. The wrapped jelly bellies are priced by the ounce because of how small they are and the fruit chews are priced per piece thus the weight. 4 ounce of jelly bellies and 1.5 ounces of fruit chews. There is just no chance that this customer could not see that she couldnt possibly be purchasing pounds of candy for the price she paid and the weight of the package.

    I see she has changed her listings and removed the pics of the chews which showed a 7.5 oz bag and changed the wording on the jelly bellys. Were misleading listings. Again, I am a 65 year old woman who does not lie, as she stated. What would I have to gain by it? She, however, stands to lose customers if she gets a bad **** from the BBB, and a sale. At this point, I wouldn't accept anything from her, even if it was free, after slandering me and calling me a liar.. She did change her deceptive listings.
