      This complaint is related to a subscription order that I was incorrectly charged for. The subscription was set up for delivery every 3 months. On May 11 I redeemed points for a $10 reward. I then applied it to the next subscription order scheduled for July and it accurately showed $40 minus the $10 reward voucher. On July 7 the order processed for the full $40 without the reward applied. I immediately emailed and tried live chat on their website to try to resolve the issue before it shipped. I requested a refund of the $10 that should have been applied to this order and if that was not possible I wanted to cancel the order. Three days passed with no response from the business and now the order shipped so its too late to cancel the order. The live chat claims the business replies within minutes and also provided the empty promise of being connected within 22 minutes which is incorrect because Im still waiting. I have also sent a ******** message with no response. No one answers the phone number listed on the website. Four methods of contact and they remain unreachable. If my refund is not issued for the amount of the reward I earned and applied to this subscription order, I need a prepaid label to return the order since I have tried multiple ways to contact them prior to shipment. To add insult to injury, the current subscription price is now less than what I was charged which does not seem legal. I have been a customer for several years and the lack of response to help fix this issue is unacceptable. I have cancelled the subscription for the multiple reasons described, but still need a response for the order in transit.
